Love the hip and modern look of the apartment. One thing they can improve on is to vacuum the place regularly. It is so dusty and the rugs at the living room is filthy.

Excellent location with very helpful owner

Tom was very helpful and prompt with check in and also gave valuable advise on where to go for meals. Apartment was neat and clean. Can’t ask for a better location on South Yarra.

Eric’s 4 night stay in Melbourne

This hotel offers a comfortable stay in a really nice neighbourhood of Melbourne. The South Yarra train station is so close. The apartment was nice although it needs a bit of maintenance to fix minor plumbing issues and they need to replenish missing or lost kitchen tools. The staff were very helpful when we asked for assistance and when we reported the issues. Overall I would say this hotel offers excellent value for money given its location and comforts. 8.5/10

We chose the apartment for its location, selecting the pet-friendly room on Expedia. When we arrived, we were informed it was not possible to book a pet friendly room online (even though the option appears clearly in Expedia). We were given a card and told to book directly in future. The 'solution', in this case, was an additional payment of $269.99. Helpful note for others travelling with pets

The apartments have a fun modern design, but it's clear they have just "gone over" the top of the existing old building creating some awkward shaped spaces. It's in a really convenient area, close to lots of shops/dining and the train station.
