I appreciate the location, cleanness of the villa, in a gated community with all the necessary amenities on the property, but if you leave the property only a few miles down the road you have several local shops eateries and the beauty of being in Jamaica

So when we arrived at the gate after a long day of traveling, the security at the gate told us the property was occupied. We reached out to the owner only to be cursed out by him and hung up on. After a long back and forth, we got a call from the booking agent who told us she double booked and then redirected us to a different property. The owner was extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional. We didnt stay at this property so in a nutshell, the experience was horrible! We will never book with them again.

Nice community that is gated. Felt safe and was quiet at night. The property was well maintained. House was well kept. Free Wi-Fi which was a plus. Great communication with quick responses to all my concerns. Would definitely do another stay here.

I loved everything about this property. It was not off of the main road ((having a car is better)), so its quiet. If you see anyone, they are friendly and nice. I will definitely be staying here again. Extra bonuses is having access to the pool and gym. Theres a pool table and a ping pong table. I would recommend to famailies.

Perfect home for a family escape with easy access to pool and kids play area. The house was tastefully furnished and beautifully kept. Richmond estate is a very secure, modern scheme. Great location for sightseeing in St. Ann, and Ocho Rios. The property manager was very proffessional, with excellent communication skills and she ensured everything was in order and operated seamlessly. All instructions and directions were very clear and helpful.

Owner could have labeled things so guests know where groceries, restaurants, and ATM located. Owner could have also labeled switches in the home. Shower had extremely low pressure and no hot water.

The communication and instructions for this property need a major overhaul. I never stayed at or even the property due to the lack of communication. I would advise Expedia to discontinue doing business with properties and owners like this. Especially outside of the USA.

Getting in and out of the property was always difficult with the guards and took a long time. An alternate system that is less time consuming needs to be utilized. The smart house system needs to be serviced. Some of the systems did not work consistently, including the lights, fans, air conditioning units (even when the doors were closed) and TVs (which would randomly go off when watching.
