Convenient Location & Fantastic Hotel Staff

Friendly & helpful staff that allow me to keep my big luggage in their store for a few days when I was out in other prefectures. When I returned, they welcome me back to stay with them for another night. Room was clean & tidy, everything that you needed in the room was catered for. Convenient location & walking distance to Major attractions within Ueno.

Great & Friendly Hotel Staff w/ Nice & Clean Room!

Nice and cosy hotel with clean room and up-to-date amenities. Everything that you needed for were already in the room without having to ask at the reception counter. Friendly staff even though we have checked out from the hotel, the staff allowed us to keep our big luggage for few days as we explore other prefectures and return to collect them after that without any charge! Of course we stayed there for another night. Walkable distance to major tourist attractions, convenient location too! I would like to recommend this hotel to many people out there!

On the small side, but friendly staff

Stayed for 3 nights. Decent location with accessible subway stations within walking distance. Staff conversed comfortably in English and they were very friendly and accommodating; we mentioned in our reservation that we would be arriving early in the morning and despite it being a few hours before the designated check-in time, they informed us that our room was ready and we could check-in right away. The room was a little on the small side and there was barely space for two people to walk around once the luggage was put into the room. Aside from being a little cramped, we had no complaints.

Good hotel that is near Ueno Station

Hotel is about 2 to 5mins walk, depending on how fast u walk, from Inaricho (Ginza Line, G17). Inarich station is 1 station away from Ueno station (G16). It is convenient to travel to & from Narital Airport.

Good location at affordable price

3mins walk to inaricho subway and 10mins from ueno.. I think the hotel is great! Don't understand why such a low rating. At this price, will be good to manage expectation. Just nice for me. Have laundry facilities too!

This hotel has no housekeeping, but it wasn't any problem for me. Bedsheets, pillowcases and towels could be exchanged any time at the front desk. With that, nobody would enter my room and I thought I felt safe. The staff were also very friendly and they made my stay enjoyable!

Really happy that I book this hotel. Can rent cooking tool to cook if want save more money. The location is good got a lot convenience store. Can walk to asakusa too!

Good service

The hotel is only 5 mins walk from the Inaricho metro station and is quite convenient to transfer and to go other Tokyo areas.The room is rather small but that's expected in Tokyo and for the price you paid for.The quality of service from the front staff Ms Fumi is excellent. She has helped us to book n reserved my day tour to Mt Fuji.I will certainly stay in this hotel if I visit Tokyo again.

ホテルマイステイズには各地で宿泊しているので、同等の施設と思って宿泊しましたが、ワンルームマンションを簡易改造しただけのお粗末な施設でした。 マイステイズの名前は使わない方が良いと思います。

便宜的住宿酒店，基本上應該是學生套房改的，沒有客房清潔服務，需要收錢付費才有清潔，毛巾浴巾都要自行拿到一樓更換，算是經濟型的住宿，距離車站約5分鐘即可以達到
