Hotel is near to train station

I stayed in the hotel for a total of 8 days. The hotel staffs are friendly and courteous. Will explain to you the terms and conditions of stay in details. The reception counter will be closed after office hour. For late check in just gave a call from the main entrance and the staff will attend to you immediately. Some eateries and 24 hrs supermarts near by the hotel. It is also a walking distance to Ebsui Station or you may take a bus there. The bus stop is about 100 m away from the hotel and it will reach bus terminal at Shibuya station which is very convenient. Overall I am very glad and happy to have selected that hotel. Will definitely stay in the same hotel for my next visit.

Not in the heat of the action, but great value

The only negative aspect of this place is that it's about a 12-15 minute walk to Ebisu station. However, from there, it's a 2 minute train ride to Shibuya, and 7 minutes to Shinjuku, so it's far from bad. It's also worth bearing in mind that they are very keen on you notifying them ahead of time if you're planning to check in after 6 pm. I had a transport issue and arrived at 8 pm without having had the chance to notify them, and fortunately a member of staff was on hand to (very helpfully) check me in, but I would watch out for this regardless. The room itself was excellent - clean, surprisingly spacious, and fully stocked with toiletries (soap, shampoo, razor, toothbrush). A robe and slippers were provided. One more thing to note: you can very realistically cook in your room - if you're so inclined - with a surprisingly well-equipped hob and microwave combo as well as a good stock of utensils.

I specifically requested a smoking room (hard to find), the property was very clean and quiet, the staff are English speaking and very helpful. Vending machine and laundrette on site, fresh towels, microwave, stove, shampoo, wash & free toothbrush provided. Highly recommended!
