This smoke-free condo building features an outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness centre and Access to hot tub. Free WiFi in public areas and free self parking are also provided. Other amenities include a business centre, concierge services and laundry facilities. Each condo boasts a deep soaking tub and offers free WiFi and a kitchen. Guests will appreciate conveniences, such as a washer/dryer and a dining area, while an LCD TV with cable channels and a DVD player provide a bit of entertainment. It was a nice place but not in any kind of resort. It was an average apartment complex with a room to rent. The apartment was very nice and quiet. Fully stocked and nicely cleaned and decorated. Just not really as advertised in my opinion.

The property was better than expected. It was quiet and relaxing. Very clean and the amenities are great. I enjoyed the location there were many dining and shopping options only minutes away. My family members who stayed in a hotel will be booking with Meridian our next visit.

The marketing on this property was top notch. Upon arriving , we realized we were not staying in resort style accomodations but instead we had rented a furnished apartment in a complex of full time renters. These accommodations were adaquate and reminded us of some college apartments we had in the 1990s . Unfortunately for a vacation, we would not choose this place again.

Our stay at the Meridian condo was excellent. Located in McDowell Ranch in Scottsdale, beautiful desert location with shopping and restaurants in close proximity. The condo was modern, clean and comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality bucket filled with a bottle of wine and snacks. Very nice weekend for my family.

This was an outstanding property--modern, spacious, clean, quiet, and safe. Since there was no local person on site, we chose to follow the directions that were sent to us rather than go to an offsite office. The instructions were clear, but being senior citizens, it took us a while to figure it out. My only suggestion is to provide a digital clock in the bedrooms. All in all, an excellent place.

Unfortunately they had sprayed for bugs so it smelled terrible for a few days and I had to remove one of the dying bugs I found in the closet. I should have notified the office right away but I didn’t. When I did notify them they were understanding and compensated me. Other than that that condo was very clean and had a good layout with plenty of room. Great gym and pool area. Absolutely appreciated the gps link to the condo making it super easy to find my way back when I ventured out.

While the actual condo is comfortable, well appointed and was as advertised, what is not made obvious is that these condos are in a residential complex with the permanent residents, understandably, not that accomodating of iterant guests

We were assigned a dated appartment on the outskirts of Scottsdale. More like an appartment complex, some condos. The place had a musty smell. Archaic plumbing. Stove was packed with pots and pans on arrival. AC took 9hours to bring temp to level. This location was far (30min) from the center of Scottsdale. Ad is misleading at best. No « Resort » in sight.
