Good location; property needs further refurbishmen

Good (not great) location and helpful, friendly staff. But apartments are still in need of thorough upgrading as recent renovation only refurbished living areas and bedrooms with mainly cosmetic changes. Bathrooms and kitchens are still old and dated, and hence looked and felt “dirty”. The master bath had a funky sewage smell periodically through our stay. If you’re not fussy about things like that though, the property is good value for the space (living and dining area is generous) and location it offers.

Great location!

5 mins walking distance to fed sq, restaurants all around and 24 hr supermarket just at the ground floor. Apartments were a little dated however we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of many key attractions. The room was very spacious and in good condition. Kitchen was well equipped. Daily cleaning can definitely be improved. Our room was facing the back and very quiet, considering the central location.

Nice Hotel, Close to Attractions

We travelled as a family of six with four kids ranging from 10 to 19-years-old. Needed to find activities to do that would suit all. We weren't disappointed as there were lots to do. We visited the museums, aquarium, zoo, gardens and the shopping zones, of course during our eight-day stay. Food options were plenty without having to go far. The size of the apartment was good with kitchenette and living room and two bedrooms, with a roll-away bed thrown in. Comfortable and convenient overall. We don't mind coming back to the city and hotel again.

Affordable serviced apartment with a good view

Situated at 88 Flinders Street, it offers a beautiful view of the Yarra River and Botanic Gardens. Yet it is within walking distance to the shops and eateries. There is a convenience store, IGA Express right next to the hotel. Kitchen facilities are good too. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A nice private warehouse apartment

Stayed in one of the fantastic warehouse apartments - massive apartment, super high ceilings, comfortably furnished and had everything I needed. Private entrance not through the hotel made it feel like I wasn't staying in a hotel. The only heads up I would give is that the soundproofing isn't great so if you're a light sleeper (which I am not) street noise from the laneway or music from the speakeasy cocktail bar below may bother you. Would definitely stay again!

Horrible service!

We were not informed about additional charges after 10am! They charged us aud120 when we checked out at 1230pm ! And the reception claimed that they do not have our contact number to inform us! Well the room phone was working perfectly fine! And we were rushing off and did not notice alcohol charges to us that we did not consume!
