We stayed for 12 days and really enjoyed the spacious unit. The hotel staffs are also very helpful and tried their best to accommodate to their guests’ needs. Location is convenient as it’s connected to COEX. Definitely will consider staying here again our next visit!

Very guest focused, well recommended!

Great experience with excellent service. Front desk managed to help allocate a room within 2 hours upon my very early arrival. Lucy, a staff at business centre, extended great help too! Keep up the good job!

Staying in the newly renovated 2-room apartment

I was served by an experienced Ashley Kim who recognized my loyalty and promptly upgraded my last two nights without much hesitation. I hope she gets a deserving promotion (with black suit) soon as she was both attentive and made me feel at home. This makes staying at Oakwood special. As for city checkin next door, please to do it before 6.30pm. Special mentions to Noah and grace who helped with tour booking during nighttime and to Anna for suggesting currency exchange using Casino next door. Negatives - The 2-room apartment had a queen size bed in a small room right next to the front door with little walking space. Intenret is still not free. Sad to hear Zech Kim resigned and hope Oakwood can convince him to return. He was a very dedicated staff with a big smile that I will miss.

Great new rooms - Best front desk service

I returned to stay for 3 nights this time in the newly renovated studio rooms. The kitchen layout is now aligned on the same wall as the TV, giving more space for a small dinning table. Deco is tastefullly contemporary and the room spotlessly. New washing machine with English labels. The bed is also more comfortable now with firmer pillows provided. The front desk crew is just as friendly and as efficiently s before.They go to extra lengths to pamper you.The night shift crew was my good friend Zech the duty manager together with Sophie. Both arrived early before their shift started and were busy helping out. Such exemplary work attitude! Sophie attended to my queries on Megabox movie timing. Such attention lavished on guests do make you feel at home. I will return to stay again to this hotel again. Oakwood Korea should send these staff to other Oakwood properties around the world to impart the high customer standards. The COEX mall is still under renovation and is expected to be ready by Xmas. However this location is best for getting in and out of Seoul as it is next to then City Air Terminal.

Best COEX hotel, great customer service & location

You get a very warm welcome the minute you arrived at the 5th floor reception. Amazingly all the staff remembers me and greeted with big smile, especially Zecharian. If he is on duty then you can expect some pampering as he will try his best ability to assist you. and he never fails to have that big smile ready for you! Spoken English is excellent by Korean standard, and I was surprised to received a personalized welcome letter, a box of cookies (very high quality and delicious indeed) and a nice fruit basket. Although I was given free internet this time upon request, since they recognized I have been staying for the past 3 years, it should be bundled with the kind of room rates they are charging now. The same should go for including breakfast in the room rate too. Location is excellent as the City Air Terminal is just a building away and you can check-in your luggage, get your boarding pass, do immigration clearance, and have a meeting before departing for Incheon airport by limousine bus which can be purchased from the front desk. If you are tired of eating in the hotel, there are numerous restaurants, breakfast cafe and drinking pubs within a 2 to 3 km radius. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I just wish that the pillows provided can be firmer as they are very soft. The rooms are quite good in terms of soundproof and you will hardly heard from your neighbors. This will always be my first choice hotel whenever I stay in the COEX area.
