Great location right next to Cadorna station . Property is well maintained and clean . Only issue is that there was constantly a smoky cigarette smell in the building areas and it was a big issue for air quality. Room was clean and well equipped as per booking details. The staff was very helpful and WiFi worked great. Bed was comfortable and great for single traveler.

Habiamos reservado un estudio en c/Metastarsio, 3 pero a la llegada resulta que era una habitacio minuscula en el sotano del edifio, sin ventanas y con mucha olor a humedad. Les comenté a los chicos de la recepcion si era posible un cambio a un estudio en un piso mas alto y me comentaron que estaban completos y hasta dos dias mas tarde no podiamos cambiarnos, les indique que era insaluble dormir alli y me entendieron perfectamente, me ofrecieron un cambio de edificio en otro lado de la ciudad y piso alto para ese mismo momento y nos cambiamos. El cambio fue espectacular, teniamos un apartamento en el 4 piso y a 2 minutos andando de la Piazza del Duomo. Gracias a los chicos que nos atendieron y empatizaron con la situación e hicieron que nuestras vacaciones fueran estupendas😍

La habitación olía mucho a cerrado, es la única cosa que no nos gustó. Por lo demás, todo excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado de la estación de Cadorna y caminando hasta el duomo era un momento.

La ubicación no está nada mal, ya que está cerca de la estación del metro. El sistema de entrada y salida novedoso y fácil de usar, sin embargo la habitación no era lo mejor, el baño olía horrible, no limpiaban la habitación ni cambiaban las toallas, la cama es en realidad es un sofá-cama, había mucha humedad y no había ventilación alguna. El concepto no está mal, pero hay muchas cosas que mejorar.

Non sono mai entrata in stanza . Nonostante la mia registrazione online per le 23 mi hanno inviato la mail con i codici per entrare all' una e mezza di notte costringendomi a trovarmi un'altra sistemazione per la notte. Ed oltre il danno la beffa. Si sono rifiutati di rimborsarmi.Veramente vergognoso.Il mio staff viaggia sempre per lavoro mai successa una cosa del genere I never entered the room. Despite my online registration for 11pm, they sent me the email with the codes to enter at 1.30am, forcing me to find another place to stay for the night. And to add insult to injury. They refused to refund me. Truly shameful. My staff always travel for work, never anything like this has happened

People at the front desk very nice and helpful, accommodations are terrible, I was given a very uncomfortable sofa bed to sleep in, ran out of hot water on the first day 2 blocks away from subway station and supermarket
