A lovely family run apartment block with very attentive and helpful staff. They met all our needs with pleasure and were extremely friendly. The rooms are basic but extremely clean and beds were comfortable.

An excellent place to stay. All of the staff were very helpful, the apartment was spacious and clean, the swimming pool and surrounding area was well maintained, food and drinks were available and my experience there was delightful. Friendliness is the order of the day there and I would fully recommend DebbeiXenia to any traveller wishing to spend a carefree holiday in Cyprus.

Great Stay at DebbieXenia - Will defo be back

The studio apartment was very spacious with extra touches that made it very comfortable. The place is situated where it is very peaceful. The air con is really effective . The staff are fab. The pool area is lovely. Just some feedback for consideration. Mugs and tea towels in the kitchen would be helpful. Appreciate work is ongoing before the high season - so tightening the straps on the base of the lounge chairs would be helpful to include and sorting the humming noise that is seemingly coming from the lift when its breezy.

Situazione accettabile per una due notti, la struttura necessita di ristrutturazione, specialmente nel bagno , il wc è molto scomodo, ,posizionato tra il muro e la vasca, non c'è spazio per muoversi. I vetri delke finestre erano decisamente sporchi,. Le note positive, il letto molto comodo e nonostante l'hotel sia affacciato sulla piazza del.paese, con taverne e bar è ben insonorizzata. Riassumendo rapporto qualità prezzo accettabile per 1/2 notti.

結論　ありですかね。値段的にお得感あり．ベッドルームのは最強のエアコンありますが、リビング　kitchen にはありません。3階の部屋だつたので窓全開で風通しはよかった。バルコニーもあり　展望は最高　自炊もできる　家族連れには最適　プールサイドも広々　問題はwifiでした。部屋ではつがなりにくく　レストランでは問題ありませんでした。スタッフも親切おすすめのホテルです。

Olimme viikon lomalla Kyproksella. Hotelli oli meille juuri sopiva. Hinta-laatusyhde loistava. Hotelli on vähän kulahtanut, mutta se ei haitannut. Hyvällä paikalla, merinäköala, rantapromenadille lyhyt kävelymatka. Siisti! Rauhallinen. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Ce que j'ai aimé est l'amabilité du personnel et le vouloir de rendre votre séjour parfait avec leur moyen de plus le propriétaire est un homme honorable dont j admire en plus la localisation de l hotel est tres bien et le rapport qualité prix est tres bien mais ils ont un petit défaut le petit déjeuner n est pas assez varié

Апарты для непритязательных туристов

Из плюсов: близость к морю (минут 5-6 пешком до пляжа), хороший вид с балкона номера (даже со второго этажа частично было видно море), наличие лифта, в который без проблем помещалась детская коляска и 3 взрослых. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым для готовки. Рядом с отелем супермаркет, где можно купить все необходимое. Мимо отеля проходит маршрут 711 автобуса, который едет из Ларнаки и стоит всего 1,5 Евро. Теперь о минусах: ОЧЕНЬ посредственная уборка номера, мыли раз в 3-4 дня, причем только в кухонной зоне и санузле, ни к спальне, ни к другим зонам за 3 недели не притрагивались, приходилось мыть самим, т.к. с нами был маленький ребенок и жить в грязи неприемлемо. Несколько раз уборщицы приходили убираться полдесятого утра, когда мы только завтракали, приходилось отказываться от уборки, этот ловкий трюк они проделывали с нескрываемой радостью. Под конец нашего пребывания убираться вообще перестали. Сантехника требует замены - унитаз и раковина в трещинах. Сливной бачок работал через раз, на просьбу починить никто так и не отреагировал, хозяева на всем экономят. Нет ТВ в номере, wifi принимал очень слабо. Несколько раз видели в номере больших тараканов. Муравьи в санузле живут постоянно. Лежаки у бассейна требуют замены или на худой конец мытья, ложиться даже с полотенцем на них неприятно. Вообще сложилось впечатление какой-то неопрятности и заброшенности отеля, возможно конец сезона сыграл свою роль. Одним словом отдых в этих апартах для очень непритязательных туристов
