Great place to stay, relatively local to main centres - easy taxi, tuktuk or motorbike ride to wherever you need to be. Amazing staff here - extremely helpful, and did everything they could to make our stay amazing! Rate this property for anyone looking for a comfortable stay! Pool was an additional plus in the heat!

I arranged airport pick up through the property. When we got to the villa, security let us in. The property host spoke with me over the phone and told me about where to have breakfast. The property, itself, was big, clean, and very nice. WiFi worked great. Great place to book!

Our villa was very nice. The customer service needs work. They tried to bill me for using the towel to remove my lipstick. I had to explain to them that it would come out In The wash before they dropped the charges. also I felt like a criminal as they had me wait 15 minutes for them to check my room for checkout before I left. If I was in a rush to get to my flight I would have been late as they did not tell me in advance I would need to wait. Also the only restaurant they had on property was very slow and always closed early. I will not choose them for my next visit

Vi dro dit med yre små barn og de koste seg virkelig i bassenget. Rommene var flott og alt var rent. Vi fikk god hjelp i resepsjonen for det vi trengte. Stedet ligger litt utenfor allfarvei, så man trenger moped eller bruke hotellets shuttlebuss til sentrum

풀빌라 정리나 청소. 조식. 수영장 관리 수준이 가격과 비교했을 때 합리적인 수준이며, 직원들 또한 전반적으로 친절합니다. 5박하였는데 9살6살 두딸과 함께 수영장에서 안전하게 즐거운 시간 보냈습니다. 주변에 나무가 많아 벌레들이 많이 보이니 실내에선 문을 꼭 닫아주시고, 밖에서 음식을 먹을때는 신속히 치워주어야 벌레가 모이지 않는데 이건 열대기후 공통 특성이라 생각됩니다. 빌라가 체옹탈레 마을에 위치하여 좀 외진곳에 있으니. 자차가 없을 시 불편할 수 있으나, 차만 있다면 10분 내외 거리에도 식당이나 과일가게 로컬마사지샵. 테스코 로투스 등이 입점해있어 많은 시간 투자하지 않고 이동 가능합니다. 공항과는 약 25분 센트랄 푸켓과는 약 30분 빠통비치는 약 35분 찰롱사원부터 라와이비치와는 1시간정도 소요되니 참고하십시요ㅎㅎ

Nothing around the area. Very slow check out procedure, unmindful of guests rushing with flight schedules. Worst experience: waiting for checkout clearance as staff check the room with missing item/s, it took more than 15mins, claiming a fruit knife was missing from our room! But we never saw a fruit knife when we got in! Do we have to do stock check before we accept the room?! Crazy

Villa au top, magnifique rien à dire. Seul bémol c'est qu'il est nécessaire d'être véhiculé ou alors d'emprunter le taxi pour se déplacer. Il propose cependant quand même 3 navettes pour se rendre aux premières nécessités (petite plage, supermarché) Sinon le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins.

A perfect getaway for couples!

What a nice villa this is! My partner & i booked a 1 bedroom villa for 4 days 3 nights & it was beautiful! Clean living room & bedroom, nice furnished bathroom & my personal favourite....a private pool just for us! The staffs there are very friendly & helpful & they brought us breakfast every morning without disturbing our sleep. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city but you can easily book a taxi from the reception. But if you're looking for a quiet place to relax with your love ones, this is the place for you. I will definitely come back here for my next trip. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one!

Great Villa! Far away from town

If you are staying at this hotel make sure your flights land and you arrive here between 8am - 8pm as reception is only manned at these times meaning a wait to check in should you arrive outside of these hours. However they are polite and kind and very welcoming to guests. Housekeeping is second to none, they even washed our dirty dishes and folded our clothes when we left our place messy. Overall and excellent stay, clean villas, decorated and furnished to a high standard. Everything worked. Iron TV umbrella Negative point - this villa is very far away from the main beaches and attraction areas. Despite being priced at a good rate for rooms, being so far out meant we had to pay an awful lot for a taxi to get anywhere away from the village where the villas are located. We were often refused rides home from the town drivers as it was to far. This hotel should have more destinations for the shuttle bus not just three and also more times in the day for pickup as the 10-4pm hours were not enough to go out and return to collection points. Food was lovely, our breakfast was always fresh and delivered on time or early and beautifully presented. Tasty and satisfying. Pool clean and lovely.

The villa is located a bit far from the town, where is apart from the noise. Link at the reception and all the staffs are very nice and helpful. The breakfasts are also good. Everything is good here, can enjoy and spend time in the villa
