When I checked in he took my credit card to charge for incidentals and I just made sure that he wasn't charging my credit card. He then made this really weird comment and said he's not charging for incidentals, but "most hotels do that." I have never heard of a hotel charging for incidentals so that was a weird comment he made to me. I would pay a little extra and not stay here if I were you. It's a good place to rest your head, but I wouldn't come back here.

A 3rd party advertised this hotel as being in a town 50 miles away from its actual location. They do NOT have a pool as advertised. I do not fault the MOTEL for any of this. They say it has happened to them many times by this well known entity.
First off, they didn’t even have our reservation on file. The front desk had to contact Hotels.com in order to get everything figured out; even though we had our reservation confirmation papers.
Then, they didn’t have room for us. So they placed us across the street, in the most run-down motel. After trying one room, the TV didn’t work. Next room had a huge hole in the glass window. Finally, the third room was given to us. Completely outdated and moldy, honestly.
Cost to high for the condition of room. Smoke detector missing no toilet paper sockets without light bulbs sections of carpet missing
Sad too see you put this place on your site at the high price
Will not use your site again

The place we stayed was in bad shape. The rooms were clean but needed lots of work! Everything was across the street. And it was very confusing because the Days Inn across the street was where you checked in, but the sign wasn’t clear about that. The pictures on Expedia was of the Days Inn across the street
This motel should not be operating, in my opinion. Furthermore, Expedia should not be supporting it by listing it. The place is in disrepair, and clearly there is no intention to do anything about it. Here are some of the things I experienced: 1) The original reception area is just a junk room. To register, you cross the street and check in via the reception at another hotel. 2) The door of the room did not lock, and could not even be locked from the inside. Anyone could just walk in. 3) The whole set of buildings looks very run down and neglected. 4) there are no lamps in the room. The only light is the overhead light, with a switch by the door, opposite the bed. 5) There are no tables or chairs. 6) The coffee machine in the room was half full of coffee when I arrived, and then I discovered that it did not work. 7) When I told the reception at the hotel opposite of the door locking problem, I was told that the owner of the building kept it as a tax write-off and refused to do any maintenance. 8) I paid $84 for the privilege of staying in this run-down place. 9) My trust in Expedia has been seriously damaged. I now look for motels on my trip by checking them out first, not booking ahead with Expedia.
You don’t know till you park & walk up to office door to see small sign telling you to check in across the street at Days Inn; that’s also where Breakfast is & the ice machine!!!
Their Breakfast place was small, not very clean, & the lady on duty was very, very unfriendly!
Nasty, dirty room; obviously had not been used in quite awhile!!! At least the sheets were clean. I don’t mind old but this place lacked maintenance!!!!!!
This is a very nice and quiet property. Everything worked well; the second bed having its own room and door (essentially a room within a room) in room 110 was a huge plus. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay at this property and would recommend it to others.
Worst motel I've ever stayed in. The Day's Inn across the busy highway manages this dumpy place - have to check-in there. Check-in took about 30 minutes. Took her forever to find my reservation, same with the person before me. Began to move stuff into my room and discovered that the door would not lock, no click, always unlocked. So world never be able to leave the room. Put belongings back into my car and drove across the busy highway to the office. She decided to give me another room but didn't know what was available (seemed like they all were). We walked back across so that she could look in the windows to find an unused room. Back across the highway to get a key... Room was barely acceptable though the bed was OK. Had an office chair but no desk or any other chairs. Website says pool. Yes, but empty. No ice maker, but there was one across the highway. Toilet paper nearly empty and no spare roll. Killed several bugs in/on bed - I think they were mosquitos, hopefully not bed bugs. Curtains worn out, would barely close. In spite of all and the noisy highway right outside, I slept good - must have been very tired. Breakfast room was very crowded. Trash can was overflowing. Seemed to be plenty of staff, but they weren't doing anything. Milk for cereal was empty. Took the pitcher to the desk. After waiting about 15 minutes one of the girls said they had gone for milk - to the grocery store??? Overall, a very bad experience. Worst place I have ever stayed.

Dilapidated old unkept room with many deficiencie.
Upon arrival about 8 hours after booking was informed that I didn’t have a reservation. I showed them my Orbitz confirmation and they gave me a room across the street in the old part of their hotel. It was cold, heater high on the wall was completely functional and noisy. Only a dribble of water from the sink. The shower showed mildew and when we to take a shower the next morning the soap bar was froma previous tenant and the shampoo packet had been opened and used. I went to raisethe window and it fell out in its frame. The TV wouldn’t turn on and the carpet was pulling away from the wall. I went across the street and complained. The attendant said she knew what the problem was as they were nearing the end of 5he season and it needed attention. Promised to call me and adjust the charges, never heard from them. Online the room was advertised at $54 but I was billed $65 plus tax and fees. It was unfortunate I arrived so late the first night of I would have refused the room and drove on. It’s a shame Orbitz represents such a travesty.
