You pay for what you get!

I will start by saying that the room was exactly what you pay for. It is small, but has everything needed for a weekend get-away. Comfortable bed, refrigerator, living area, TV’s with cable. The issues that we had were with the bathroom and the noise. Bathroom- great looking shower, looks new and very clean. Problem is the water pressure is so bad that it took me forever to rinse my hair, and so bad that my wife could not wash hers. Even after my shower I felt soap on me and in my hair. The toilet, sink and mirror are made for very small humans. I am not huge, but at 6’2” and 200 lbs I was extremely afraid I was going to break the toilet, and while going to the bathroom I was eating my knee caps because it’s so low to the ground. I ended up using the pool house bathroom to do anything bathroom related. Next Sound Issue: The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything going on upstairs and next door. It was Valentine’s Day when we stayed, so let’s just say I heard a lot of stuff from both units that I didn’t need to hear lol. The floor above us, i could hear walking, coughs, toilets, pretty much anything they did we heard. It went late and started early, so sleeping didn’t happen much. I still gave the unit 4/5 stars, very clean and for the price we paid it was worth it. That being said, I would not stay here again.

The best stay ever

The best stay ever, it was so relaxing and peaceful and very comfortable, this will be my Favorite stay every time I go, Best view ever of the coast, lots of towels, lots of everything, close to everything and lots to do, I slept like a baby.

Great view!

Perfect location with a fantastic view! Super clean, comfortable bed, even a TV in the bedroom. Office staff was very helpful. All flooring is in poor condition and the tub needs to be replaced, but the flaws were easily overlooked when looking at that view!!

We had a great time at ocean front condominium! There a lot of great things that make this a great beach destination. The room was great with one of the best views and a back yard that you can relax in while enjoying one of the best views we have found in Lincoln City. We stayed in the off season so the prices were good. The Summer rates look high to me but if you have the money it is well worth it.

Family New Years Eve

The condo was very nice. Clean and well supplied. Pull out was a bit too hard. Do not like the 11am check out. Very difficult to get out that early with children. Would have appreciated the sauna to be in working order. Pool very nice and clean. Love the view.

Our condo was beautiful, the indoor heated pool was clean and well maintained, full kitchen with everything you could need to cook for a week. (You might want to bring olive oil and seasonings.) The ocean view was perfect for hearing the waves; stairs to the ocean floor were nearby. We will definitely stay again!

Beautifully decorated roomy condo for two. There's a stairway to the beach right behind the property and a beautiful view from above if you don't do stairs. We only stayed one night. I would like to go back for several days.
