The place is very nice - quite new - with all the minimum necessity. However the area is not great unfortunately we did not feel so secure in the evening.

i loved staying here, the apartment was sooo nice and very aesthetic vibes. everything was clean. the view was also good. there’s a grocery store near the property and they basically provide everything you need to cook. the only thing is that it was scary some mornings because there were some homeless people chilling at the front of main door when we would go out for breakfast. but they don’t really bother people at all. based on the price, i recommend this place. also, most of the tourist spots are walkable (around 10-25 mins) if you don’t mind walking.
don’t mind the bag and coat on the couch, this was when we just got there.

The place is nice but the area is quite underwhelming. No good parking near the lofts. We requested a crib but there wasn’t one left for us. We had to call and they eventually brought us one, but it was way past our baby’s bedtime. Also very hot in the bedroom

There is no service desk at the location so if you want to drop luggage before check in you must go to another property about 10 min walk away. There is major construction on the south side of the property and a soup kitchen on the east side of the property. Kitchen was equipped. Grocery store, parking, pubs, restaurants, and shops are very close.

Amazing amenities in the loft. Great kitchen Great close to a grocery, nice coffee shop, but I communicated 2 times about small concerns in the room and never got an answer back. Note they do not provide coffee packets for the coffee maker like most hotel do.

We will stay here again when in Quebec City. Lifts were well situated, quiet, clean with nice amenities. Staff was very helpful communicating off site parking options prior to our arrival and responded immediately when we had entry issues which were my fault. Great stay!

Property was clean and very unique. Scandinavian feel. Couple times during the day there were people sheltering in the doorway as the soup kitchen is across the street, but this did not impact us.
