Amazing property we stayed at with our 3 boys. Everything needed was provided and if we needed anything extra, reception was happy to provide. Clean rooms, quiet floor, all staff happy and friendly. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great location and our apartment had plenty of room. Showers/bathrooms small, and shower heads not great. The second single bed in bedroom was not great, very wobbly - more like a fold out bed. For a 3 bedroom apartment, at price paid, I would have expected 2nd T.V. in bedroom and definitely bigger couches in lounge area.

Property was in fairly good condition but dryer in room did not work properly so we had to take wet clothes with on next day of travel which was disappointing. We booked this accommodation purposefully to wash clothes on travel across Queensland and service was disappointing as no one could support us to look at dryer and last tenants should have reported.

Arrived to find out the pool was being renovated. If I knew this I simply would had changed hotels without any issue. Really feel like the hotel was dishonest about the situation and by no means would have stayed at Lanai appartments if I was advised there was no pool on holidays in North QLD.

Great location, does need to be updated as is looking very tired, the fridge was rusting. Airconditioning has condensation leaking in the kitchen. Receptionists were lovely.
