The property is not fancy, but it is functional. Rooms come with good washing and drying machines and an excellent assortment of cooking equipment. The ability to walk to stores and restaurants is limited through no fault of the property. Rather, the problem is that sidewalks on South Kihei Road are limited, and they simply don't exist on some parts of the road. Walking in the shoulder of the road at night does feel dangerous. The property was generally clean, but the fan blades were very dirty—it seems that they have never been cleaned. The front-office staff was friendly and helpful.

Maui Schooner Resort was a wonderful place to stay in Kihei, Maui! It was a short drive from the airport and was near many beautiful beaches. Our room was well equipped and clean. Overall, i think the resort was a bargain and I'd recommend staying there.

It was a nice place to stay with my family of 5 with all age levels. Everyone had space in the condo and the kitchen was well equiped, having beach chairs and a cooler ready in the unit was so nice!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The amenities for an unexpected bonus, they had snorkel Quitman available to check out, coolers to take and beach chairs to use. It was super nice!

Nice and secluded. Beach access and loved that they provided chairs and cooler. Near humpback whale observatory though they were not there this time of year. Well maintained and clean. Regular pest control. Very nice
