The hotel is located right in the shopping area, easy access to shops and dining. We walked from the train station to the hotel. The self service laundromat is a real plus point as we were on a long trip. The staff were helpful and cheerful, overall it was an excellent stay

Well located & lovely apartment type hotel

I really enjoyed my stay - the hotel is excellently located and the staff are friendly & helpful. Special mention to Happy & Robbie, who let us check out slightly later as we ran into some issues in the morning while preparing to check out and were delayed as a result. I also enjoyed the morning breakfast & especially the option to do your own hard or soft boiled egg & the lovely coffee machine. I also love the kitchen facilities in the room and the laundry room at level 1 - I can see myself choosing to stay there again if I were to return to Glasgow especially if I were to stay for a few more days.

Great Stay

Great location and good price. We stayed as a couple for one night in the city to attend a concert. Hotel was in perfect location. Easy check in and out with friendly staff. Room was extremely clean and well equipped. Very quiet hotel and definitely would stay here again.

Very Impressed Will Return

My friends and I were so impressed with our room, it really had everything you could possibly need and is very central. My only slight observation was that upon entering our room for the first time, there was a strong smell of cigarettes (none of us are smokers). This smell never really went away so I do wonder if it was coming from outside. I was also quite cold throughout the night despite turning the heating up.

Water noise

The room was good apart from the loud water noise from other rooms when they use the toilet and shower from varies time throughout the night. We were about to have a good night sleep at all.
