The room is huge by Hong Kong standards. Very nice and modern. It would have been better if they told us the hairdryer was behind the toilet mirror and that there is a sliding door separating the bedroom and living room. We only discovered on day 2 after I had spent the night doing my work in the kitchen. My partner can't sleep if there is the slightest hint of light.

Clean and spacious studio with tasteful modern interiors. Walking distance to sheung wan mtr and a number of good coffeehouses. Under 10mins by cab from hk airport express station. Staff were attentive and remembered all of my requests.

Nice little surprise!

I have actually stayed at the Jervois a number of years ago and the place I usually stay at was unavailable. Well I think I will be coming back the Jervois. Typically when you revisit a place you run the risk of seeing how it has declined but this was the exact opposite. It was even better than before. The reception was quick and helpful (and I really had to use the bathroom so it was doubly appreciated) and they mentioned that I can use their free phone as a WiFi hot-spot when I am out and about, which I did! The room was really great. Good lighting with big windows and a really good sized room. There was even a little kitchenette which I would have used had I stayed longer. And the bed was comfy. This is a big deal for me. I hate hard beds which I get a lot at other places. The location is sweet. You are steps away from the MTR (Sheung Wan take exit A2) and there are a lot of little restaurants in the area and some good bars too. All in all I really enjoyed it and I will be back next time I am in Hong Kong (which is all the time)

Very nice, a lots of good local food in the area

It is not big consider for a serviced apartment. But this is Hong Kong, so I guess it's big relatively. The hotel is designed with taste and well managed. Staff very helpful and friendly. The location is 5 mins walk to tube and has a lots of famous local delights in the area. The old town central area is also an excellent area to explore just by walking distance.

The overall experience was ok, but with the pricing I would rather stay at a proper hotel with reception and more facilities and amenities. Location wise is close to Sheung Wan MTR, but at night the streets are dark and quiet as most of the shops are closed. Room layout was a bit fire with the fire exit door connected to your bath room, and there are some noises at night which makes me feel insecure.
