This has gotta be one of the best stay during our 14 nights in Italy. Glad we spent 3 nights with Bob W. Very thoughtful amenities and small thoughts gesture which makes our stay complete! Great location, very friendly and helpful, warm hospitality and we feel very well-taken care of! My family and I love it! Will sure to try out other BobW stays at other locations in future! 👍👍 Kudos to the team!

Excelente localização. O apartamento tinha tudo que vc precisa. Até um mimo com um bilhete de boas vindas. O staff super atencioso. O único porém foi um problema na fechadura do prédio que causou dificuldades por duas vezes. Fora isso, perfeito!

The property is centrally located to some of the most historic sites in Florence like the Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Signoria. Had a few small hiccups like a malfunctioning front gate, but overall I would recommend staying here.

It’s so noisy at night, at 2 am on Saturday we were woke up still by people’s talking and car passing nosies, and you can hear those squeaky noises from the old elevator if the customer in the other suite came back or out at late night! If you are a light sleeper, you can’t sleep here! The pillow on these sofa bed are too low and soft, I could get one more from luggage room, but it was kind of inconvenient, I wished more pillows and bathroom tissues available in room! The location is close to all shopping areas and tourist spotlight areas! For the purpose, the location is great!
