A acomodação era bem grande e a estadia foi muito tranquila e confortável. O suporte do atendimento remoto é muito eficaz e ágil para tirar dúvidas e resolver possíveis problemas. Os lockers na recepção são grandes e foram uma mão na roda para nós que chegamos antes do check-in. Conseguimos desbravar a cidade a manhã inteira! A localização impecável, no centro de Madrid e pertinho da estação Sol. Já estávamos no sentindo locais! O mercado era literalmente ao lado da acomodação e um pouco a frente tem um restaurante chamado Tacolitos que super recomendo!

Great except for a glitch

Everything was great until we couldn't get back into our room to get our bags an hour before check out. We hadn't checked out yet the code didn't work anymore. Thankfully a cleaning staff happened by and opened the door.

Place was conveniently located with everything I needed. However, it was very loud with no soundproofing. I could hear people talking/ walking/ using the bathroom in other units like they were next to me. The noise from the club and street below could almost be drowned out if the fan was on max.

Great location

Great stay. I would recommend Sonder as al alternative to hotels, especially when travel with family. The location of this Sonder is perfect and close to all of Madrid famous landmarks at the city center. Close to public transportation and right above a mini market which made eating or having some snacks at the property very convenient.
