The staff are very friendly, helpful, courteous and very welcoming. Shopping mall is just 9 minutes walk away. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. We will stay here again when we visit Philippines again.

Brand new. Beautiful property and the rooms were very comfy. Right next door to the Mall of Asia and has a cool rooftop where you can look out and see all the new manmade islands they're building right off shore. The only issue was the check in and check out process was pretty slow, but all of the staff were very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our one night at this property and would stay here again.

Great location! Excellent staff 😃 Close to MOA and Seaside by the Bay. We got to use the swimming pool early in the morning which was fantastic. The laundry room was closed which could have been a great addition. The room fridge wasn’t working. Arrived close to 8pm so we missed the buffet in CYAN but overall we had a very good experience.

to go to the room, it is not so convenient. need two lifts. Especially lobby lift, very crowded. The design of the room is okay, but the luggage area is not friendly. I hit my head few times when accessing my luggage. but overall is okay. the room i got is facing the office. Not my choice. Quite disappointed on the facing. No privacy.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel spacieux et très propre. La chambre était très bien, confortable et agréable, même s’il manquait un support pour poser la valise. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, juste à côté d’un grand centre commercial, ce qui est très pratique. Gros coup de cœur pour la piscine sur le toit, que j’ai beaucoup appréciée. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Pros: The hotel looks pretty new, and very good condition. The only best thing about the hotel is probably the location. And the staff are very nice too. We didn’t try the food since there are restaurants all around the area. Cons: The room is really small for its price, like really small. No closets or cabinet to store our stuff, and just not enough space to walk around the room. Expensive for a tiny room. Disappointed when I tried to upgrade expecting it was going to be bigger but nope, it’s just a same size room but different bed.
