Very satisfied.

We went there for the Rodeo and were able to walk to the Bridgestone Arena and back 10 mins each way. Such a great location! Room was very clean and quiet. Only issue is I wish parking was free. Will definitely stay there again.

Kasa was a revelation for us in this stay. Gorgeous and well furnished with fantastic communications about every aspect of the stay that included photos of what to do. Parking was easy and much cheaper through Kasa than paying otherwise. Everything was so clean, the beds were comfortable... They even provided a wine machine for white noise! Broadway was only a few blocks away. When we come back to Nashville, we will not be looking to stay anywhere else.

A great find!

This place was absolutely perfect in every way! We rented the studio apartment and it was everything we needed and more. The place is incredibly spacious, the bed was super comfortable as was the couch (which also was a pullout so could have slept 4 if needed). It was very clesn, fully stocked, and conveniently located to all the downtown Nashville fun with just a short walk. They communicate everything you need to know very clearly and timely. We will definitely stay again next time we visit!

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville very much. I was hesitant as the agents and front desk were all virtual but they communicate quick and thoroughly including pictures with check in instructions. Beautiful room and very comfortable along with the lobby/entryway. We stayed one night but could definitely see ourselves staying for a more extended amount of time. Hidden gem for sure, great price.

This was super cute, clean and was great for our family. It’s so nice to have a living room to hang out between afternoons and dinner time to get ready and chill for a bit. Location was awesome, short walk to everything—germantown, farmers market, south broadway..you name it you could walk there. Highly recommend!

The property and room was clean and comfortable. The shower head needs to have the regulator removed or a new shower head as water pressure was very low. The iron was not usable as it left water stains. Bed was comfy, the water and snacks was nice.
