Honestly great experience !! The kitchen, living space and bedroom option was great for our bigger group. We were able to cook and not est out during our entire stay and had plenty of room. The in and out was easy, location was perfect. We are definitely staying here again in the future.

Beautiful space for an affordable rate. We had a wonderful time at Bakan. It was a spacious and stylish place to stay with historical charm. Affordable parking is a bit of a walk however the benefits outweighed this for us. We hope to return!

I really enjoyed my time at Bakan Palais de congrès. ITS exactly as shown in the photos. Employees were very nice and respectful. There was damage on the floor close to the bathroom but someone came in to check it so it was recent. So they do take action which is nice to see.

Not soundproof at all :(

I booked the apartment because on the website it said SOUNDPROOF but it wasn’t at all. I heard everything from the next room and the hallway. I communicated to find a somubut no one answered and security said “for us it’s soundproof” but very good location in China town

The area outside had some sketchy people, but not bad overall. China town is very close by, a couple of blocks away. Also, it's not far to other areas as well, such as the Old Port.

If you have any event at the Palais des congrès de Montréal this is the place to stay. You are one block from the Metro two blocks from Chinatown and a block from the convention center.

Very hard to find. Gave wrong internet login. Area felt unsafe. Many homeless right outside entrance. A few got into building and were running around screaming for 2-3 hours. No staffing in building after 5.

Great location. Obviously extremely convenient for convention centre access. Communication lacked a little. We were short on coffee pods (enough for 2 days, what about the rest of the week?), had to purchase our own. We very much enjoyed the stay and will come back when next time in Montreal !

The room itself was pretty good, and clean. Location was convenient. But the air conditioning did not seem to work, nor did the WiFi Access. I sent a message about both during my 3 night stay but never heard back.

Very cute in a pretty good location can usually walk to everything we only took metro once, I liked how there was multiple security measures, one thing I would note is the front had a lot of in housed people, though this did not bother us or put a factor on the stay, they were a little loud at night but still slept fine

Great location as we just parked the car and walked everywhere. Apartment was large & easily accommodated a family of 5. Was very clean & when we needed more coffee pods we asked & were given some. Area has homeless people near, but they did not bother us. All in all, a fantastic location & we’d stay there again!
