Views and clean.

The desk staff were great and the place was a nice place. I also would go back because it was really clean. Sometime water did not get hot and some of the furniture is not made for 200 pound plus people. It is also not a children friendly place. The structure is not safe for children. Views were Amazing!! I enjoyed my stay.

Don't stay here if you want internet!

Our internet reception was horrible at best. It was constantly intermittent, which was not acceptable as we had a child giving birth in the hospital nearby. This happened For the 3 nights we were there.

The place had potential, but our stay had a few challenges. There were quite a few ants around the unit, which was a bit frustrating. It was also very hot inside—there was no AC, and unfortunately, the fans weren’t enough to keep the space cool. There weren’t quite enough towels provided for our group. Also, we weren’t able to watch local channels on the TV, which was a bit of a letdown. With a few improvements, it could have been a much more comfortable stay. Hopefully, future guests will have a better experience!

The view was good, thats it. The check in was impossible, with a denial we had a booking, then a statement our room had been given to soemone else. Eventually got a room but there was no internet and no TV. No resolution to the issues so we moved elsewhere.

We had the best view to Medellin City. The reception guys were very nice and helpful during Checking In. The apartment was clean and neat. My only suggestion would be to add more stuff in the kitchen like plates and pans, and more towels available to avoid to ask for replacement.

Beautiful apartment 608 but wish had booked balcony or natural light..was very nice..uber is really cheap too travel anywhere in the city..everything really good only couple of bad points..our apartment no balcony & the seating area which was with the apartment took a lot of noise of people with music & smoking that was the only bad point with this apartment..But in general very good & will definitely be back but will choose better apartment..we stayed 18 days but nobody cleaned the apartment so we did our best too keep it clean

First time we stayed was great (august 2024), we stayed now(october 2024) and it was terrible, they gave us a room knowing it had a broken water pipe, it was noisy because the room.is right next to road, we needed a iron we never got it, the refrigerator broke down and we lost our groceries, the first night we couldn't sleep because we did not have a fan and when they finally gave us one it was very dirty, I had to take apart to clean it..During all these issues I was talking to the administrator the whole time.. The only pro's about this property is that it has beautiful views and away from all the noise in Parqeu Lleras. However, this apt has NO A/C. The hot water is literally a squirt and last about 10 mins max. The bed/pillows weren't the most comfortable, bed sheet are thin (luckily because there's NO A/C!, towels were never changed my whole stay, there were insects (flies, spiders, etc) inside the apt. Never once did anyone come in and clean, nor offer. There is really nothing in walking distance so you have to take a taxi or Uber everywhere. This property is good if you're on a strict budget, if not, I do not recommend it. It was definitely not what I was expecting.

I had many concerns and I reached out to the host and he actually left me on read. First things first when I got there two hours after the time I was told NO ONE knew I was coming. I was with a newborn and I stood there for a hour because no one knew the apertment the host wasn’t answering and the keys were missing. when I arrived someone from the company came and kept screaming saying I am in the wrong apartment when I was not. I felt unsafe and she was not letting me leave from in front of her. After that we found a cockroach and two bees. How bees this high? Not sure ? But I told him that too and he didn’t answer. My son is highly allergic to bees and got stung so he did not care about our safety. The sink leaks all over your personal belongings and the floor was never cleaned you can see the dirt all over that it disgusted us to walk on it. The fridge kept leaking as well causing floods making it dangerous for my kid to walk around. I understand places have their issues but it’s be decent for the host to at least respond when concerns are brought up. Unprofessional and awful stay

WORST STAY EVER - HORRIBLE - AVOID IT

Once arrived the security guard had no clue. We had to show our paid reservation. After one hour finally someone asked for ID passports, they were provided and nothing else. Finally we got the keys to the apt. The apt is so unfriendly; no welcome note, no instructions; had no cable service, and NO wife for the whole stay. We communicated with the host and had no returns. The bed sheets are the cheapest... very thin....two towels, even different colors, very worn and both the sheets and towels smell like they were used and not cleaned. On top of it, roaches everywhere when taking the elevator. It's on the 6th floor , meaning the first line of apt. You can hear noise at all times, extremely noisy. You have to take a taxi to move. You have nothing around. I have traveled a lot, but this was the worst experience I've had. The host needs to be more customer oriented, friendly, and understand tourist needs. Seems to me the owners have no taste and old style, very much. Please AVOID this place.

Bad experience in every cense possible

I recently stayed at a property and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Prior to my stay, I did not receive the check-in information as expected. When I called the number provided, I was met with some confusion—initially reaching someone who was not responsible for the property and was directed to other numbers, which also did not resolve the issue. After several attempts, I finally reached someone who could assist, but they were rather indifferent to my situation. Upon gaining access to the apartment, I noticed it was extremely hot and uncomfortable, making it difficult to stay in for long periods. I reached out to inquire about getting a fan, but was told that the property does not come with one. Although I politely expressed my concerns, I felt my requests were not adequately addressed, as there was no follow-up after the second day, and I ultimately received no assistance. In addition, I found there were no towels in the unit, which I had to request separately, and there was considerable noise outside from early morning until evening, which significantly impacted my stay. The large floor-to-ceiling windows also offered little privacy. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay at this property or use this company, Housy Host, again.
