Excellent option if you like to be in the center. The area is bustling with people and has access to multiple modes of transportation. The apartment was huge, airy and sparkling Clean. Will definitely recommend.

The plumbing is old. Weird loud gurgling sounds coming out from behind the walls now and then. The renovation is good and modern. Would come and stay again if I come this way again.

Was the best place I stayed form about 10 places around Spain that I had stayed at. I am hooked on apartments now over hotels, you have all the stuff to make life comfort , washing machine, kettle and microwave and room to move. I stayed in a studio which is plenty for 2 people but next time I would probably stay on a higher floor. If you want somewhere without people this isn’t for you but if you don’t mind a small amount of street noise then this is it.

It was very good except the keys were a problem. After a few uses we had to keep getting new keys. Also there was a very late night noisy neighbor upstairs that played music from 11:30-1:30 at night. Otherwise the interior was wonderful!!!

アトーチャ駅の目の前、ソフィア王妃芸術センターもワンブロック先という立地に恵まれたアパートメントホテル。キッチン設備、洗濯機（乾燥機能はない）、アイロンなど、暮らすためのアイテムがひと通り揃っている。 スタッフは日中しかいないが、他の時間はメールでのサポートが受けられたので安心だった。 一階はバルで朝方まで人声が絶えない。音が気になる人は上階が無難。

Our suit apartment fit perfectly our family of four. Our teen had their own room with their own twin beds, while we had our own queen bed as well. We loved all the space it had to offer with our own kitchen that fit all our family needs. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as pharmacies. Easy to get a taxi to all the main points. The main train station is just literally across the street which perfect for us just to walk over with our luggage to head to Barcelona to continue or Spain trip. We would highly recommend this place for families.

Es un apartahotel bueno, los chicos son geniales , pero si quieres dormir , pide habitaciones superiores y llévate un antifaz para dormir ,porque no hay persianas y la luz de la noche y del alba no te permiten dormir bien. La ubicación es excelente para moverte por el centro pero debes estar preparado para quedarte en plena esquina de Atocha.😖

El lugar es muy centrico frente de estacion metro del Arte y Atocha Almudena Grandes. El staff es muy amigable y servicial. Puedes caminar a los museos, Puerta del Sol y muchos lugares para comer.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was very attractive and we appreciated having a washing machine. Because it is next to a major roundabout and over the road from the Atocha station there is background noise but this was only a problem the night of the national football final. Staff were uniformly helpful as we were also there the day of the major blackout. The apartment is close to the Prada and easy walking distance to the Royal Palace and there are many cafes, bars and restaurants
