Initially take a while to find the hotel. But after we locate it, is quite near to train station Higashinihombashi. The room is having the basic needs which we are happy and helps especially it settle the laundry issue within our 2 week stay in japan

It's an apartment rather than an hotel. U can cook and do your laundry. Very suitable for family of 4. Surrounded by 4 train stations with appropriate 6 to 7 mins walking distance. 7-11 n Family mart r nearby too.

Non japan hospitality

To start with, the location is right in front of building works, noise level is zero but just dusty. For the price I pay, I rather stay in other hotels. U r not allowed to store Luggages so we dragged 4 big luggages around looking for food at 7am. Stay out till 3pm.not much around the area n train station is not near. No human contact makes it very difficult, this is not the japan hospitality I'm looking forward to. Location bad, vacinity bad, price too expensive and we are better off getting 2 normal rooms with breakfast in any budget hotel. I will not recommend if u are traveling with family. Very disappointed, luckily it's only for 2 nights.

Great, comfortable room but terrible check-in

The check-in process was terrible. No one monitors the front desk. There's only a QR code on an iPad with a form. Simple enough but the submission just loads, the confirmation never confrms. There's a second iPad with a support chat open but no one replies. I had to go around knocking on staff doors searching for someone. When I finally got the code for my room (they don't give you a key), the code didn't work. I had to go back down and bring someone to unlock my door and reset the code. The room was very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Check-out was a breeze.

All very good except remote checkin stressful

La chambre était grande et propre comme sur les photos. Mais nous n’avons jamais vu d’employés à l’accueil et nous avons dû faire le checkin par tablette et chat interposé avec une équipe en remote. Peut-être courant au Japon mais très étrange pour nous. Heureusement à l’hôtel de Nagoya il y avait des employés à l’accueil comme d’habitude. Mais à par cela, tout s’est bien passé.

We stayed at MINN Nihonbashi for 1 week. Very central location with subway stations a short walk away. The self-check-in is straightforward and there is a storage area to leave bags if you arrive early. This is convenient but could be improved by being lockable. The staff can be contacted and we're friendly, pleasant and helpful. The rooms are comfy and nicely furnished and adequately equipped for simple meal preparation (supermarket just steps away). Again, the kitchen corner could do with a cloth and a rack to dry dishes. Also some coat hooks and shoe storage in the entrance area would be useful. But overall I recommend this apart-hotel and I would stay again if in the area.

空間大，洗脫烘衣機很方便，也有提供洗衣精可以使用，回家的時候衣服都洗好了，很滿意！ 沒有提供浴巾毛巾的更換，但是可以再出門遊玩之前放進去洗脫烘，玩完回來就有乾淨的毛巾浴巾可以使用了。 冰箱是雙門的，冷凍冷藏的空間都大。 附近有三個地鐵站，走路五至十分鐘可以抵達。 隔壁有一件蠻大的超市，買東西很方便。 下次去東京還想住這裡！
