When checking out they accused us of replacing the hairdresser but we didn't have our own hairdresser. After a long argument and the taxi waiting for us to go to the airport they let us go. Really bad experience.

The staff was friendly but english language skills were so so. There was no ironing board; one of the faucets were leaking throughout our stay which kept the washroom floor wet. I requested the front desk to fix it and showed the video to them but it was not fixed during our stay. There was no convenience store near the property and only one seeshabar/restaurant near the property which did not offer any breakfast. Our unit was comfortable though and the layout was functional. The storage room’s floor had constructed debris on the floor. The locker/safe in the unit was not functional and there were no instructions either.

Batiment neuf et avec du cachet dans un quartier tranquille. Les studios sont luxueux, complet et tres propre. Il est juste tres dommage pour la reputation de l'hotel de demander de l'argent en plus lorsqu'on arrive en matinée !

The place is very clean and specious and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again if I was to travel to Cario again. 15 minutes from airport about 40 from the pyramids.
