I had a wonderful stay at here! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet peaceful and quiet for a relaxing getaway.

I had a good short stay. Overall the location is good and the room is clean. They even have a reception counter even though I arrived quite late yesterday and assisted me with the check in. I also found it amusing that the building is linked to TNB!

スタッフの方は英語があまり分からない私に理解できるまで愛想良く丁寧に説明してくれたのでとてもよかった! 交通量多いクアラルンプールでは寝ている時外のクラクションやパトカーの音が気になったがそれはどこのホテルでも仕方ないと思うので問題なし! 部屋も広々としていてゆったりと過ごせました

Disappointing cleanliness - ok WhatsApp comms

I think some of the 3+ star reviews are misleading and possibly only about the size of the rooms. The suite size was large, but cleanliness and decor were really poor standard. The carpet had hair and dirt, mirrors/windows/shower glass doors had a lot of grime and hand marks as they hadn’t been clean. In both sinks there was hair, and the towels are quite old and marked. The WhatsApp contact was very helpful and responsive in general, I explained I was leaving and they asked the reasons for why I would be applying for a refund. This hotel is also difficult to get to - from KL KTM station I had to run over the highway! Also a RM 200 cash deposit (no atm nearby)…
