Nice hotel, great location

It’s a very nice hotel, modern and the staff is excellent. Good, tasty breakfast options. The area is great, lots of restaurants around the corner and a nice big grocery store not far away. My only complaint was because of the industrial feel to the rooms there was quite a bit of noise from the water pipes. The morning I left the sound of running water actually woke me up and it was still very loud when I checked out a few hours later.

This place is amazing. I can’t wait to come back to Columbia just so I can stay here again. The rooms are phenomenal. Staff is nice. The breakfast is great. Location is amazing safe I travel here alone to get my teeth done and it was the best experience of my life I can’t wait to come back for fun.

Perfect Place for you and your family!

We traveled to Medellín from Austin, and I can confidently say it has been an amazing experience. The staff is outstanding, and the facilities are absolutely beautiful. I had read some reviews mentioning noise, but I didn’t find it to be an issue at all. If you’re staying in El Poblado, you’ll naturally hear some city noise everywhere. Here, I felt truly at peace, and the location is perfect. Thank you so much! Espero verlos pronto.

I really enjoyed my apartment because it had an amazing view looking into the city on the balcony along with my floating bed and spa tub. Everything was within walking distance from the bars including restaurants. I'm definitely staying at Royal Living Poblado nextime when I visit Medellin Colombia.

The only issue I had is that one of our sinks was leaking, we reported it the first day and they came to get fix, but it was not done properly. Had to call the next day again for the same issue. They finally got it fix correctly thr second time round

Quedé encantada, la ubicación es muy buena, hay un súper y una farmacia en la esquina. Restaurantes y bares en todos lados. El lugar es muy amplio, la decoración y muebles muy lindos y todo impecable. El personal siempre muy amable y atento. Fueron flexibles con la hora de entrada y salida con un pequeño cargo adicional. Lo único malo fue el ruido ya que las paredes son algo delgadas y había una construcción a espaldas, en lo personal no me molesta pero creo que puede ser inconveniente para otros huéspedes

Although the rooms were neat, comfortable, one of the rooms, had the bed as if it were a bunkbed and you could not watch TV from the bed. For me it’s a big deal to watch TV while laying down, they changed rooms, Which was an upgrade and very nice, but had construction going on at 9 PM at night surrounding the hotel. Not an ideal relaxing Experience

La propiedad está muy bonita y bien moderna, lo cual me gusto mucho. Sin embargo, en cuanto al cuarto considero que sería ideal que añadieran más espejos en la habitación, artefactos importantes como plancha de ropa, secador de cabellos y otro aire acondicionado. El aire acondicionado no se sentía y hacía un poco de calor, debido a que al ser un espacio amplio, es decir, un solo cuarto con varias personas y sin divisiones entre camas y cocina, el aire se perdía. Por tal razón, pienso que con dos aire acondicionado la sería más ideal. En la estadía, hubo un día que lamentablemente el servicio de energía eléctrica se fue. Una recomendación sería proveer linternas, plantas eléctricas para cargar teléfonos o algún otro método para que los huéspedes no atrasen planes. Reconociendo que estás situaciones son impredecibles, pero sólo una recomendación.
