Nice place for families near Monaco

The hotel is two blocks from Monaco, and walking distance from the casino. They offer breakfast, was good. The staff is very nice.

Not god!

We stayed here for a little over two weeks. Apart from the location, which is perfect, everything else is not worth the price. I understand that this is an apartment hotel, but having cleaning and towel replacement only once a week is not acceptable. Also, being forced to ask at the reception for soap and toilet paper is not okay in my opinion. The internet is terrible as well. On top of that, you have to pay extra for parking and breakfast, which should be included in the nightly rate. The hotel is worn down and does not look like the pictures. I’ve stayed in other countries at similar apartment hotels where cleaning, parking, and internet were included. So it’s better to pay for a regular hotel at the same price rather than staying at Aparto.

Great location.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.Bed comfort can not be beat. The optional breakfast had a variety of foods and fruits. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good customer service but hotel not as expected

We arrived expecting one bed and one sofa bed, we were two adults two small kids. The first room we were given the sofa bed mattress was really dirty, I assume just a housekeeping mistake but it was gross. They promptly moved our room and gave us a bigger room. But the AC was broken in the whole hotel it was extremely hot and the only way to sleep was with the windows wide open which was loud and made it really difficult to sleep. We wanted to leave as it just wasn't a good experience and the kids could either not sleep as they were too hot or there was too much road noise. At first they were a little difficult but once the manager understood the situation properly they were really quick refunded us the nights we didnt end up staying so we could go somewhere else. Although the trip wasnt as hoped and the place had quite a few problems the team at the hotel handled the situation well.

Good location. Be mindful that you need to CLEAN the room before checkout. This was an unpleasant surprise for us. You need to clean up the kitchen, turn on dishwasher, remove all of the bed linens etc. If you are staying there for less than 7 days then there is no cleaning service. Furthermore you dont get new towels, this is subject to a fee.

The YOUNG gentleman who checked me in on 5/29 at 8pm was not helpful. I drove there so I had to park in the public parking garage. He gave me no instructions at all. He did not offer for me to leave my bags, so I had to lug my bags from the car. When I came back to the hotel, I had found that due to his lack of instruction. I parked in the wrong area. There’s specific parking for the hotel, and he did not tell me that. It was obvious he could not care less because he was just getting off his shift and wanted to rush. The next gentleman was much more helpful an older late 40s early 50s gentlemen.

I booked this hotel over six months ago. After training into Monaco from Nice we realized it was very difficult to find taxis and Ubers to get us to our hotel. We walked 30 minutes along the narrow and steep streets of Monaco with our suitcases. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff informed us they did not have any room for us. They asked if we received the email they sent only an hour ago with the information regarding room availability. The staff said we will have to stay at their other location all the way back next to the train station we just came from. After asking for a taxi over to the other hotel, staff refused to call one. Long story short, we arrived at the other hotel dripping in sweat with hurting bodies and feet from the wall. The staff at Aparthotel didn’t do anything to help this very poorly handled situation. Me and my family are very disappointed and disgusted with what happened to us. Due to not getting any help nor compensation, I will not being staying at any Aparthotel location and will let everyone I know what happened to me.

Vi hadde et fint opphold på hotellet. Bortsett fra en eldre mann som var ansatt ved hotellet, som kjeftet mye på barna våre ved bassenget. Det var ubehagelig. Han snakket kun fransk, så vi forsto ingenting av det han sa. Ellers var vi veldig fornøyd med øvrige ansatte som var blide og hyggelige. Hotellets lokasjoner var veldig fin og rommene veldig bra.

Har vært gjest her flere ganger da det er en fin sentralt beliggenhet og mulighet for parkering, basseng på taket også. Men denne gangen fikk vi et rom som var dårlig vedlikeholdt og rengjort. Balkongen var også så liten at man knapt kunne stå en person der. Det var skuffende.

We have visited this aparthotel every year for the last 13 years (except during covid) and have never had a problem with anything. This year the air conditioning was not working properly in half of the hotel, or so we were told after several days. We asked to have it looked at/repaired or to be moved to another room, as my fiancé has a heart condition and was actually struggling to breathe in the heat/humidity inside, we were told nothing could be done. We doubted this and felt we were being 'fobbed off' however, as even the corridor was cooler!! We are exceptionally disappointed and will not be recommending this property anymore.
