Rooms are big and comfort. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Shopping are a walking distance from the hotel. You can find alots of halal.food along the area. But the only things is that they are very slow in giving back the deposit money which they already charge to my credit card. Plse feedback. The room may look a little dated but it is clean and comfortable enough. There's a kitchenette with bowls and utensils which were useful. The hotel is located on a quiet street just off the main street in Bayswater.

Hotellet var fint placeret, og værelserne i noget bedre stand end gangarealerne. Sengene var meget hårde, men var en fin størrelse. Vi var 4 - 2 voksne og 2 store børn - og vi kunne fint være på værelset. Det var nemt at finde morgenmads- og spisesteder lige i nærheden af hotellet.

Ótima localização, mas hotel um pouco confuso

A localização do hotel é excelente, fácil acesso às principais atrações, a uma rua de duas estações de metrô e com muitos restaurantes, mercados e lojas. O serviço de limpeza era feito sempre que solicitado e sem nenhum problema. A cozinha bem equipada e prática (mas não usei o fogão e panelas para opinar). A questão maior é a disposição do hotel em si. Os corredores são muito confusos e estreitos. Dependendo do quarto em que estiver, é como atravessar um labirinto até conseguir chegar nele, e com malas é mais complicado ainda. Mesmo tendo elevadores, há degraus e desníveis no caminho, o que dificulta ainda mais, então é preciso ter paciência. Além disso, para quem tem sono leve pode não ser muito bom, as paredes parecem ser todas de drywall e dá para ouvir as pessoas passando no corredor, e o piso é um tanto barulhento também. A princípio não pareceu tão bom, mas com o passar dos dias essas questões já não pesavam tanto pois a localização + ter uma cozinha eram os fatores mais importantes para mim. Então, não me arrependo, mas é preciso levar em consideração essas questões que descrevi e a sua prioridade ao escolher um hotel.

Äänieristys oli olematon. Kaikki äänet kuuluivat käytävältä huoneistoon erittäin selvästi. Huoneisto varattu valokuvien perusteella, joista sai käsityksen että kaikki vuoteet olisivat samassa tilassa. Makuuhuoneen ikkunasta näkyi tiiliseinä, vaikutti kuin olisi ollut vankilassa. Sijainti erittäin hyvä ja hyvät liikenneyhteydet joka paikkaan.

Déçu par le personnel et l’accès aux chambres

nous avons été très mal accueilli à notre arrivée pour le dépôt des valises( Aucune communication en français, à aucun moment de séjour et agent nous a fait ressentir qu’il fallait se dépêcher) Ensuite, à la remise des clefs personne ne nous accompagné à notre chambre sans préciser qu’il y avait un ascenseur à prendre et nous avons monté cinq étages avec trois valises par escalier et ensuite c’est un labyrinthe pour trouver notre chambre qui est accessible après plusieurs portes plusieurs couloirs : On aurait apprécié que quelqu’un nous guide la première fois jusqu’à la chambre. De plus, à chaque fois que l’on avait affaire personnel, aucun sourire,on ressentait que l’on gênait. Seul Le personnel de Menage a été souriant et agréable. Je déconseille ce Logement pour le manque d’hospitalité de l’accueil de l’hôtel et Et l’accès aux chambres qui est très complexe, même après plusieurs accès dans ce labyrinthe.
