Unterkunft war sehr gut. Check in war nur mit Code. War aber super einfach und total praktisch. Schlafcouch war ziemlich weich und unförmig. Das Bett hingegen mir persönlich zu hart. Von der Küche haben wir nicht viel gebraucht. Dürfte aber von allem etwas da sein,wenn auch nicht viel. Esstisch und Stühle haben ziemlich gewackelt,aber das ist Meckern auf höchsten Niveau. Es war alles ordentlich und sauber, das ist die Hauptsache. Parkplätze sind leider zu wenig da, da muss man Glück haben und schnell sein.Kostet 24€/Tag. Hatten leider kein Glück,aber haben an der Straße ein bekommen zum Nulltarif. U- Bahn Station direkt vor der Tür. Das war echt pracktisch.Allem in allen ein super Aufenthalt. Würden wiederkommen.

Ottima struttura a 6 fermate di metro dal centro che si raggiunge in nax 15 munuti di metro. Tutto nuovo e ben tenuto. Unica pecca il materasso del.divano.letto troppo morbido e la mancanza della quarta sedia. Cmq per la comodità della metro linea U1 che si trova proprio fuori dalla struttura e il rapporto qualità / prezzo è una ottima scelta.

Struttura eccezionale per il rapporto qualità/prezzo e per la comodità. Si trova di fronte alla stazione della metro e con 15 minuti massimo sei al centro di Vienna. L'appartamento è nuovo e pulito e sotto ha anche il parcheggio (che però credo si paghi a parte). Consigliatissimo.

Comodo e pratico soggiorno a Favoriten

Posizione eccellente, appartamento di buone dimensioni. Cucina ben attrezzata. Stazione della metro linea 1 di fronte all'ingresso dell'edificio. Pulizia e comunicazione con il cliente da migliorare. Check-in automatico quindi in caso di problemi si telefona oppure usa email o whatsapp. Non c'è una reception.

Appartamento bellissimo e molto accogliente, super fornito di tutto, asciugamani, sapone per le mani, gel doccia, in cucina c'erano anche le pastiglie per la lavastoviglie. La fermata della metro Altes Landgut è proprio di fronte al portoncino di casa, in 10 minuti sei in centro. Check in in modalità self, è tutto automatizzato dai codici, non esistono chiavi. Comodo anche la lobby room con macchinette automatiche, laundry room ma noi non ne abbiamo usufruito. Alloggio perfetto per visitare Vienna. Abbiamo avuto solo un problema con il deposito bagagli perchè l'armadietto non si apriva più, ma dopo qualche chiamata e messaggio ci hanno aiutato ed è venuta una signora a sbloccarlo con la chiave.

Good location

The location of the property is very good. The underground is just a few minutes walk to reach to the main attraction. Property managment respoding well and check-in details are very clear and easy. The cleanliness level can be improve but it was not bad.

Appartamenti nuovi e ben curati. Si trova tutto il necessario: lenzuola, asciugamani e l'occorrente in cucina. Comunicazione ed informazioni top. A 50 metri c'è la metropolitana e a qualche minuto negozi alimentari

Ottima esperienza con la famiglia

Ottimo soggiorno in una struttura comoda se si vuole visitare Vienna (la fermata metro è davanti all’ingresso della struttura). Ottima la pulizia della stanza e la gestione check in e check out. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l’host. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto l’occorrente. Occorre lasciare le finestre chiuse per non sentire il traffico (sono perfettamente insonorizzate); in caso di eccesssivo caldo è presente un unico ventilatore (se ci fosse stato un climatizzatore sarebbe stato meglio, soprattutto per il divano letto in salotto dove non si poteva raffrescare in alcun modo).
