This property is one of the best to stay in Laureles. Beginning with the excellent staff, safe area, clean, two options for breakfast one in The lobby one just less than 20 passes from main door. Walkable to Unicentro Mall, markets, bakeries, church, and to the night life on the 70. I will stay again in the next visits. Highly recommend it

The room was large and clean, with large windows looking out onto the church. The bed was every bit as comfortable as others have claimed. The front desk staff was amazing: helpful and friendly. The location is also great, being walking distance to the metro and lots of entertainment options, but in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice neighborhood, good location. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Studio suite was comfortable. Staff was nice. Laundry machines in hotel was very helpful. I recommend getting a room on high floor and away from the church, to reduce noise from nearby restaurants that play music.

You’ll be up at 8 AM, like it or not

The location was great, near many restaurants, shops, clubs etc. my room was very large, with a 4 burner stovetop, full frig, good a/c and very comfortable bed and linens. But, a church directly across the street starts loud bell ringing at 8 AM, like an alarm clock you can not turn off. And although there is a microwave and stovetop, there is nothing provided to cook with; no utensils, no pots, no pans, no coffee maker, nada. I guess the hotel thinks you will pack an entire kitchen of stuff if you want to eat breakfast in the room.

Two weeks in Medellin with a friend

I’m well traveled and have never written a hotel review. But the staff and experience were so great I feel inclined to do so. I’m from the USA and found all front desk staff members English to be exceptional and it was extremely helpful as most Columbian speak little to no English. The room was better than pictured and the furnished balcony was more than worth the small upgrade charge. Daily room cleaning is offered if you would like, or you can just request towels and a quick bed sheet change if you’d like. The building is in a perfect location, a block away from the fun La 70, but far enough away that you avoid the nightlife noise if you decide to have an early night in. There is a nice market half a block away and a lodge grocery store three blocks away. There are plenty of places to eat and drink on La 70. But there are also plenty of great spots to eat within a block in any direction away from la 70, which I recommend you try. 10 out of 10 stay, I’ll be back.

Staff are the best. Secure area. Walkable to restaurants, drugstore infrint of hotel. And supermarket just 3 min walk. Highly recommend it. This is my third stay and will stay again .
