Estuvimos una noche, apenas unas horas y al intentar bañarnos la cañería estaba dañada y se inundó todo el cuarto. El conserje se movió muy bien y nos cambió a las 3 am y logramos bañarnos, pero el hotel está descuidado para el costo que tiene hoy en día.

Horrible experiencia! No se queden acá!

Horrible experiencia. El hotel se encuentra en remodelación y hacían ruidos a las a las 7 am y a las 12 de la noche, imposible descansar. Durante el día todo el día ruido y no podías tomar llamadas de trabajo, literalmente tuve que ir al starbucks a trabajar porque era más tranquilo que mi habitación. Mi habitación tenía la luz mala, y después de 4 días de avisarlo, vinieron a las 7 am a arreglarla sin previo aviso tocando a golpes mi puerta. La comida del desayuno era malísima, sin reposición. A las 9 am solo había pan y mantequilla. Nos dijeron que como era temporada alta había que llegar más temprano. Cuando almorzamos, no nos trajeron cubiertos, nuestras bebidas no llegaron y no tenían sistema para pagar, así que debía esperar 30 minutos para poder pagar. Al momento del check out, pido comprobante de factura, y además de todos los problemas que tuve, me dicen que me habían cobrado mal y que debía pagar más. Luego de no poder descansar, de tener un equipo mal educado, comida pésima y servicio deplorable y habitaciones sin luz, tienen el descaro de cobrarte propina? Una real vergüenza para esta cadena y me encargaré de aconsejar a todos que no se hospeden en este lugar, que no es económico además…. Horrible experiencia Novohotel Vitacura.

Hola la idea de ir a un hotel es pagar comodidad y descansar. llegamos al hotel pasaron diferente situaciones. 1. No había papel higiénico ( tuvismo que ir a pedirlo en la recepción). 2.Había TV no era Smart ( era muy vieja) no había entretenimiento. 3 canales literalmente 3. El desayuno bueno .. pero no cumplía con el horario ( había una persona como pasando notas ). 4. El personal deja mucho que desear. no son muy amable.

Fantastic hotel in Buenos Aires

Had a great one night stay here in the Belgrano area. Wish I had booked this hotel early on in our trip. Didn’t have a chance to walk around as was passing through for one night only. The room was spacious and had a kettle to make tea. Very nice breakfast.

Boa. O café da manhã é OK, mas não tem nada a ser elogiado. Frutas meio passadas sao servidas diariamente. Sempre as mesmas coisas. Nao é terrivel, mas tb nao tem nada para ser elogiado. A acomodação é boa, espaçosa, simples, mas aconchegante. O 7o andar (o ultimo) é um forno. Tem ar condicionado, mas um tanto quanto dificil de resfriar o quarto por igual pois só existe um aparelho em um dos cantos do quarto. Enfim, pelo preço e pelo bairro, vale a pena, mas fuja do ultimo andar e nao espere muito do hotel
