The apartment was really nice and spacious with all amenities as listed. Our family had a really pleasant stay. The only downside was the main entrance was not so visible and had garbage bins next to it and people around are also not aware about the entrance. The entrance is from the back side of the building whereas the front side has Istanbul grand Bazar supermarket so you could go around the building and see a board mentioned Charles Hope apartments.

The property is amazing and has clean and spacious rooms with all amenities as listed. The area is quite silent nearby the entrance and was smelly due to the garbage bins of the nearby buildings. The operator are quite efficient in communication and helped to resolve our heater issue immediately.

Stay was good

The overall stay was good, the property is on the High Street so everything is within walking distance. The propterty has no elevator. The entrance to the apartment is from back, one can easily miss it as the name is not displayed prominently.

Good place for staying in general but no fan no airconditioning so might be hard in summer time. location wise is good, close to city centre and underground station. one unual experience that have made late check out request on online the day before check out (payment wemt through) but they didn't let me know availability even untill few hours before check out and got rejected, maybe i was late or there was some reason behind but rejection on the day was quite unexpected situation

This property is unsafe and very dirty and stinking no lift to go to 3rd floor, entrance is back of high street, other shops using next to Charles hope entrance as a dump yard for their waste. Lot of scary people roaming around there, I was afraid to stay there, Charles hope are useless people, they did not give my money back

Horrible apartment.

Very bad stay at Charles hope apartments. The apartment was very disgusting,dirty,no security,no reception,entry from back side where they keep all garbage containers. The picture look very nice but it’s definitely not like pictures at all!! Broken furniture,smell Of smoke, there is absolutely no maintenance!

Noisy location

Apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was very difficult to find - the address given takes you to a shop, the apartment entrance is round the back and not well signed. Unfortunately there is a nightclub opposite that played very loud music until the early hours making it difficult to sleep - this was made worse by the heat the weekend we were there, there was no fan and you could not have the windows open due to the noise.

The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security. the front door was usually left open and the second entrance where there was an outside door was usually open as well. The last day we were there someone had actually ripped the electronic lock out of the door.

Heater was missing the supportive legs so it would not sit straight straight

False Listing - Do Not Stay Here

This hotel is lying to you. The listing and property pictures show King beds, but you will not get a King bed. You mught not even get a mattress. We rented two apartments for 3 nights, both listed as King bed apartments. When we arrived, there were 3 fulls and one queen. One of the full beds waa a thing pad/duvet on top of the box spring. The property is hard to find. They give you a direct address, but take you through a dark alley with nearly no lighting and the sign is only visible from directly in front of the doorway. We circled the block a couple times, to the point that locals asked if we needed help. They said they help people multiple times a week to find it because it is so hard to find. The alley way is dirty and smells like human waste. Even aftwr complaining so it was cleaned up, it still had waste every where. The entwrance to the building also smells, so even though they blame the businesses in the area, it is also them. The WiFi is unstable and may not even work. We had issues with it being unavailvke 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there. Hotels.com will not support you in this false listing. They say the property had an inflexible refund policy, so they cannot do anything. Do not belthe rating. It is bolstered by two high marks from the same person at the beginning. Not sure if that is part of the scam or if they’ve just gone that far downhill.
