We stayed here for a night for the NY @ 5th event. The location was perfect because we only had to step out of the hotel and walk 20m to reach the intersection of where the NY countdown took place. Nothing spectacular about the lobby but the staff are very friendly and helpful. It was our first time at Ascott BGC my initial impression of the lobby and reception area was that it looked like a 3 star hotel. Anyway, the stay was good and the breakfast buffet was alright. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Ascott shines because of its staff.

New Property with Spacious Room

The hotel is a new property, well located to the shopping and business areas within BGC. The room was very spacious and clean; honestly, I received a free room upgrade. The hotel staff was great. Breakfast was okay (nothing special). This hotel suits well for business trip.

Good apartment type hotel

Good quality hotel and excellent service levels. The hotel appears to be very good serviced apartment type hotel rather than a traditional hotel. The staff were very helpful, and being located in BGC, meant a very safe a relaxed environment. Traffic is notoriously bad in Manila, but the transfer to the hotel took 30 minutes

great hotel for business trips

brand new hotel in one of the nicest neighbourhoods in Metro Manila. Very nice furnishing, friendly service crew. However surrounding area is still under construction so it gets noisy during the day (including weekends) and it is a bit far if you are going to tourist spots.
