Impressive furnished studio. And the kitchen is fully equipped. Downside will be the noisy early in the morning due to the construction site just beside the building.

Mint house is a great choice to stay because it is walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and shops. Near the stadium. The staff are courteous and just nice! The only slight negative is the lack of parking so it pays to pay for valet at mint house and that is $35 a day. All parking around is only for 2 hours.

Share You said: correct the following review that i'm typing regarding the mint house: Stayed here a few times since they opened and it seems as it's only going in downwards direction, the housekeeping and maintenance of the rooms and the facility is bad and getting worse, it's the last time I'm staying here regardless the price. However, the communication was great and they refunded my money, and made sure to send the housekeeping right away, but it seems like the entire housekeeping management is poor and so on their inspections on the cleaning of the rooms. The bed and pillow also are very poor and I actulley felt like the linnens werent changed from the previous guest, as they were so wrinkled. Housekeeping and overall maintenance of the rooms and facilities are poor and seem to be getting worse. This will be my last stay here, regardless of the price. We selected a king studio, then when we got to the room, it was a queen. They were already full and couldn’t change our room. Then when we contacted hotels.com to help with getting a refund, they said the hotel is unwilling to do anything, we had a terrible night sleep, as my husband and I can’t sleep together in a queen bed.

Great property but can be better

The hotel was in a good location. Staff were amazing. Location is good and I love the washer dryer inside the room. Unfortunately it was not clean when we checked in. The bathroom was dirty and hairs on the floor. The floor in the room was dirty also.
