My 3rd stay - Home in ACCRA

This is one of the best placed to stay in Accra, especially if you are not fond of hotels. It is clean and the people are so nice and the Elm Restaurant is pretty amazing and handy in the building. The rooftop pool is an amazing feature to chill out.

Very well situated property. Had quite a few issues during our stay with housekeeping - no toilet paper, no bathroom rugs (a safety issue) requested one and it was removed after 2 days, requested pillow cases for 2 pillows and they were taken away after 2 days, apartment description online is misleading - pay attention when booking.Nice place but management needs to step up and be more responsive. Booked apartment for 11 days but left a day earlier.

The room met our needs and was satisfactory overall. However, we were very dissatisfied with the communication and support when our room passcode expired at midnight. No staff were available on the property to assist, and it took about 7 hours—from 4 AM to 11 AM—for the issue to be resolved. During this time, we had to sleep in the hallway, lobby, and eventually a room on the 3rd floor. Additionally, the lack of WiFi access outside the rooms was inconvenient. Despite these issues, the room itself was fine.

I checked in after an long international was provided the wrong room type and had to wait 1 day to be provided the correct room type. Wi-Fi was spotty and bed was hard and very uncomfortable also had stains on it. The management company I feel has too many properties and can’t provide the time needed. Overall I wouldn’t stay or book here again I don’t recommend.

Post was false. They did not have place available but led me on and then tried to give me one bedroom. After I protested the gave me a 2nd separate room on different floor. Forcing my family to split up. They promised a discount and did not honor it. Very dishonest company. Do not rent from them. You do so at your risk. They are running a bait and switch scam.

Clean rooms. This room did not have a dining area except if you sit at the balcony. Only thing is the mosquitoes you have to deal with. Otherwise room is clean and comfortable.

Scam/Con: Be Aware prior to booking.

As a Top 1% Platinum member with 119 rooms booked in 2024 alone, I am appalled by the experience I’ve just had. Over the past 10 years of booking hotels, this stands out as the worst incident by far. Despite booking a penthouse suite, I was assigned a basic single room with a broken shower and dirty bedding. This was completely unacceptable. The next day, I was moved to another hotel that was extremely basic and located across the city, causing further inconvenience. Upon reading reviews, it’s clear this is a recurring issue and feels like a deliberate scam. To make matters worse, Hotels.com customer service has been unhelpful in addressing the situation. This experience has severely damaged my trust in Hotels.com

The biggest perk is the location of the property. Just a little wear and tear which I think can be addressed by the property owners like the bathroom sink tap which was wobly and the ironing board which can easily be replaced. Overall it is a decent apartment.
