Everything was perfect. The apartment was so clean and new. The staff was kind and helpful. The residence is close to the metro station and shopping mall. If you are looking for an apartment in Istanbul, this is the place.

Our family spent a week at the Mayar Residence. The Apartment had lots of space for everyone and all the facilities that we needed for our stay. In addition, we were offered daily housekeeping and bottled water. Mayar Residence is conveniently located across from the Forum shopping centre - so we had plenty of places to shop and eat at plus activities to keep busy. Would definitely book Mayar Residence again.

We had a nice time but the only thing does need to be revised is checkout time and process we waited more than 20 minutes until they finished and also there is no restaurant at the property.

Great place, but too much outside noise

Great property, very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Nicely located across from Forum mall, close to metro station. My only complaint is too much noise from cars and trucks driving fast outside. I booked a room with a balcony, and it was impossible to enjoy outside with all that noise.
