Amazing place for the price. We had to move fron another hotel that was a disaster and ended up here. Very glad we did. Lot of space and great bathroom areas. No A/C but staff provided portable unit. Amazing view of Tower Bridge and 100 meters from metro station. Spend your money here and be safe.

The staff were excellent very attentive. Aroona was most helpful in helping us with our train schedule questions. The location was very good. Across fro. The Tower of London. Our room was very quiet, facing an inside court yard! The convenience of having a washing machine inside the kitchenette was most helpful! Close to the underground, buslines and trains was terrific, since we did not want a car. Tesco Express was walking distance, Different dining options, handy. The street is noisy, but we liked the location.

Absolute dump of a hotel. They only clean the rooms every 3rd day. The hotel stinks and the rooms shake every time a tube goes underground!

The location is great, right across the street from the Tower of London. Plenty of good walking areas around the hotel. It was a bit noisy due to construction nearby, but nothing the hotel can do about that. My only recommendation is to have a few door stops handy because our suite had a large number of doors that always closed.

Great in room facilities and super location

Super comfortable apartment, lovely modern in room facilities, great bed and bathroom and kitchen, despite the reception not looking so updated. Perfect for a business trip with desk space to work at and stunning views of Tower Bridge. Receptionist Francisca was super friendly and very helpful. I slept really well, but if you are a light sleeper, you might be woken by the underground train which runs underneath the hotel. But personally, I would recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

The staff was above and beyond nice to us. We arrived at 8am (early flight) and were expecting to not check in until 3pm. They knocked themselves out to get our room ready early. The apartment was large and well stocked. I highly recommend this place.

Great weekend

The apartment was very clean and it has a great location, fantastic views, walking distance to many landmarks and restaurants. The reception was very welcoming and friendly. The experience was amazing and pleasant. Special thanks to Joy the receptionist who was very accommodating. Definitely coming back.

Lovely property. Big apartment and can tell it’s new. The only issue was the noise levels. Could hear the tube and also the loudness from pubs and people outside. So not ideal if you actually want some sleep.

An Unforgettable Anniversary Stay

We were in London for our big anniversary celebration and picked this hotel for its super convenient location and the en-suite washer/dryer in the rooms—perfect for our six-night stay. However, we were very happily surprised by just how spacious our room was. It wasn’t just a hotel room; it was a full one-bedroom apartment with a hallway! It is luxurious, with high ceilings and classic styles with a modern touch. Also there are 2 bathrooms in the suite!! One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view—we could see both Tower Bridge and the Tower of London from our “dining room” and bedroom. It was truly unforgettable! Aroona and her team—Akhil, Jinsul, and Philip—were absolutely wonderful. They were so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed every single day. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The reception team also left us a thoughtful gift and a heartfelt note for our anniversary, along with two lovely balloons on the sofa—unfortunately, we couldn’t take them home! I would absolutely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to London. The staff made our anniversary trip extra special, and we are so grateful for their kindness and exceptional service.

Staff were very warm, welcoming, and attentive. My family loved our stay so much. It is right across the Tower of London and you also have the view of Tower Bridge. It’s 3min walk to The Tube (London Train Line) which was fantastic as it was easy for us to go to different tourist spots without worrying about the traffic. Will definitely book again when I return to London.
