We rented a 3 bedroom appartment. It was a good size and seemed clean. Receptionist was kind but nealry impossible to run into her at the front desk. Even calling was tough. First night we arrived at 6pm and the doors were locked, fortunatly someone was outside that was able to help us contact them so we could get in. Honestly i think had these ladies not been there we would have had to spend the night elsewhere or in our car. When i booked the hotel it said it was family freindly but i dont think id recommend family with small children staying here. It got really loud at night from music and parties. We got up at 6am tho and went for a walk and basically had the whole town to ourselves which was nice. The beach was close by, it was a beautiful little town but i think if we ever go again well be staying somewhere quieter and somehere we can actually get in after 4pm!

This was solid and clean place to stay. The condos are new and clean. They are very nice for the price you pay. The beach is literally a block away with a beautiful view if you walk over. I have no complaints about my stay there. Some people may feel a little uneasy about walking through the basement parking garage after hours to access their room, as the front entrance is locked in the evenings. There are occupancy censors that light the garage as you walk through. I felt okay about and was walking through alone each evening. Some people may not be as comfortable with it. It's something you should consider.

My 4th stay at Casa Barros. There is one big negative but many positives. PROS: The rooms are big, clean and modern. Nice washer and dryer so can pack less. Very nice little kitchen with stove, refrig, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker. Plenty of hot water with great pressure. Very nice staff. CONS: Only one but a big one. It is on a busy street and it is noisy with many motorcycles and loud pulmonias blaring music, especially on weekends. Bring your earplugs, you will need them

Al llegar quedamos gratamente satisfechos con el departamento, sin embargo inmediatamente te das cuenta que la limpieza tiene serias deficiencias, y aún más deficiente es el mantenimiento de las habitaciones, a la alberca le faltó iluminación cuando la utilizamos por la tarde noche. Es muy agradable sin embargo que tenga lavadora y secadora, la ubicación es excelente y muy accesible desde todos lados,

El edificio es bonito, la alberca sucia, toallas 2 cuando nos hospedamos por 3 personas, quieren que uno lave sus propias toallas pero no hay ni jabón, no hacen el aseo y no hay ni escoba ni trapeador ni jabon para hacerlo porque quiren que el huesped haga el aseo. A pesar de que pagas en las instalaciones el cobro del aseo. Cuando llegas de noche no hay personal, tampoco un guardia de seguridad, entras por el estacionamiento el cual se encuentra iluminado con lamparas de sensores, tsuper oscuro e inseguro el acceso luego de las 10 pm.

Excelentes condiciones, solo el tema de entrada y salida durantea estancia. *Tienes que llegar antes de las 10 pm de la noche o tendrás que entrar por el estacionamiento hacia tu habitación. * No puedes salir antes de las 8 am por que tienes que salir por el estacionamiento, el lobby esta cerrado. * Mi auto quedo fuera del hotel toda mi estancia por quea entrada del estacionamiento es muy inclinada y el dia que ingrese y sali del mismo sufrio un golpe fuerte. * Solo 2 o 3 autos en el estacionamiento ( Autos grandes). * Intente agregar una noche extra en mi misma habitación pero me comentaron que solo podia hacerlo por medio de la aplicación, pero como al llegar se me hizo un cobro de limpieza que solo se podia en efectivo, me imagine que si volvia a reservar se me volveria hacer el mismo cargo "cleaning fee " aunque no se hizo limpieza en mi habitación durante mi estancia. * Lo de no hacer limpieza durante mi estancia ya estaba acordado desde la reserva. Personal muy amable 10/10.
