Overall was fine, but the blankets were thin and had a hospital ER room feel and the beds were super firm and I could feel the springs. Pool and hot tub were great and the staff was amazing. Easy in and out and a gated parking lot was nice, although expensive.

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was nice and clean. The rooms are nice! The only thing missing is a few more pieces of cutlery/essentials for cooking a meal properly;) The beds are firm, so it be a game changer if you have a soft bed at home. Overall, I would stay there again! (2 adults 4 teens)

Loved our stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was half business and half family trip. The place was very safe gated quiet we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It has such amazing history! We would definitely stay again!

I liked how modern it was. I didn’t realize how much appliances come in handy when you’re traveling. I also liked how close it was to a bus stop and downtown New Orleans. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. I also felt completely safe in the hotel which is important to me as a solo female traveler.

My family of 4 with 2 teenagers really enjoyed our stay. It's hard to find an affordable 2 bedroom with Kitchen so this was really nice. My daughter enjoyed the hot tub but it was too cold for the pool. They sent entry instructions and we didn't have any issues with entry.You can pay for safe gated parking which we did one night but we found on street parking and used the bus the rest of the trip. It was super easy to navigate. I loved the w/d in the unit. We'd stay again.

Dont let the looks of the neighborhood fool you. This was an excellent facility with convenient access to the bus lines. The rooms were newly renovated, nice and clean, etc. Hot tub was great. Grounds/history is interesting. Will definitely return!

This is more like ab and shouldn’t be advertised as Hotel. No daily cleaning service, no open entry to the property. It’s all locked up because of the surroundings. The building is not properly labeled and it looks like you’re going to another place like a clinic or another business.

The first night I got to the property it was late night my room was not clean had no tower or face clothes to shower.The next morning I went to front desk and told her the situation of the room she jumped on the phone with the owner.They moved to another room and said they was gone give me 50 credit I never received, but the other room was very clean and nice and I enjoy the rest of my stay would definitely stay again..when booking this place make sure to pay for parking in put you in side a gated area which is more safer for your vehicle well worth it..

The customer service staff were very friendly and helpful. There may be some miscommunication between Hosteeva and the actual hotel, so be wary if you get a different room than you were expecting. The room I originally reserved became out of order, so then they gave me 2 rooms before I even arrived, (with no charge thankfully). Hosteeva does not mention that parking is not included in the reservation, and is an additional $60 per car. Between the 2 rooms, one smelled of smoke and another had a light fixture fall out. The cleanliness was good, just seemed like poor maintenance. Also the code to get into our rooms were wrong, so prepare to go back to the customer service desk for another code if the one emailed to you from Hosteeva is wrong.

The good: excellent location (for my purposes), excellent price, lovely property, very safe, very clean, friendly staff. Good pool, quiet spot. Lots of room features- washer and dryer, rainfall showerhead, full kitchen. Very large room. The bad: staff is minimal- after calling in advance was told late arrival wouldn't be an issue, and yet they were unprepared for my late arrival. Phone number on the door was not correct, adding to more delays checking in. No cleaning service, no replenishments in a 4 night stay. Same dead bird on the front steps all 4 days. Sunday I could not leave the property without a car as all the pedestrian gates were locked and there was no staff. I literally called a friend to get me out. Handed her the key through the vehicle gate to exit. Beds are incorrectly constructed! There is a minimal thin wooden frame and a mattress. No Boxspring, no platform. We're not small but we're not that large and 1 frame broke the 1st time an adult sat on the bed. Lying on it was uncomfortable because the few slats (3 slats less than 2" wide) made the soft mattress lumpy. Literally moved the mattress to the floor, much more comfortable. Overall, I sincerely appreciate being in a clean, safe location for that price but I think that with a few, fairly small changes, the hotel could be much, much better.

Excellent base for all the activities we had planned in New Orleans.Lovely relaxing pool we never had any problems getting a lounger Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.We felt safe gate key, door key and 24 hour surveillance
