A well stocked up service apartment

We stayed 3 nights at Code Apartment. Everything we need is provided for. Washing machine/dryers, laundry powder, even iron!! Good size apartment for our family of 4. Easy to get the keys even though we arrived late at night. Advisable to pre book parking space as street parkings are limited.

Expected better.

Very basic room. No art at all on the walls. Furniture falling apart. Only a frypan in the kitchenette, except for the lid for a saucepan that didn’t exist. No where to plug in the kettle except sit it on top of the microwave. Bed was fine. It was ok but for the price I paid I expected better.

It was fine for 1 or 2 nights to rest your head, but nothing more than this. Was very basic and in need of a revamp and some modernisation. Was close to a train station and we were able to cook food, but no other positives.

Nothing like the photos, very disappointing, no care for the building or the apartment. Ran down appearance, expectations were high given the photos but it is not as it appears online. Reception was dingy with no care given and there was no guidance or advice on how things worked ie lift cards or parking . Air conditioner had mould through and filter never changed it was hot and we didn’t want to use it. The apartment smelled. Pool is tiny and absolutely filthy couldn’t even see the bottom.

Room not serviced

Room was not cleaned even though "clean room" sign hung on door & cleaners doing room accross the hall. Reception arranged for new towels but cleaners refused to tidy room and make bed.
