I had an amazing stay at this beautiful seaside location in Greece. The crystal-clear waters and rocky coastline were breathtaking. The accommodations were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was perfect—close to the water and near charming shops and delicious restaurants. This place exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended!

Comfortable Room, Excellent bathroom and bed and also the kitchen. This is near to sea cost. There is a good tavern also. The beach is not much interesting small and with stones.Of course the sea it was clear but the sea of air it was fine .

Quick overnight stay.

We stayed overnight to catch a connecting flight the next day. The apt was clean, well supplied, and a short walk to the ocean and restaurant down the street. The restaurant down the street was perfect!

Perfect for the airport.

A great apartment close to the sea very convenient for the airport. Small issue is that the location is not as shown on the Hotels.com map which can be confusing when you’re trying to find it. Apart from that a perfect place to stay with everything you need.

The apartment was just as seen in photos although there were lots of small bugs in the bathroom. The location is beautiful but there is not much near. I would recommend telling your taxi or Uber to go to “airstay..” when just typing in the address we were sent to the wrong place. Over all the stay was alright I appreciated the free Netflix.

The property itself was fantastic. I wouldn't say it's close to the airport and it was really far from all the sites in Athens. It was a $30 taxi ride from the airport. It was over $50 for us to get to the tourist sites. (One way) There is a lovely ocean view and the beds were comfortable. There's a nice little restaurant at the beach nearby. But getting to a store is a little bit of a trek without a car. The closest ocean access is very rocky so bring shoes for swimming. Overall, it met our needs, I just wish it was a little closer to the airport and the heart of Athens.

All we needed this place for was to have some sleep since we had a long layover in Athens, but on our arrival at the property we had to realise that we are not the only ones in the house. We found a huge 10cm centipede and a dozens of small ones. Even after throwing them out we couldn’t fall asleep.

We were provided wrong address causing much frustration additional taxi fares and unresponsive Ryze staff at night! Very bad experience but the room was clean and comfortable. Would not like use or recommend Ryze. Very bad late night experience.

First off, location to this place is off to where it shows on map. Says it’s 15 minutes from airport but turns out to be in Artemida additional 15 minutes. My taxi driver had to call the hotel thinking we had reached the destination. It turned out the receptionist mentioned it was further to since we couldn’t find it after “reaching destination” based on the address given. We were about 35 minutes from the airport. Don’t get me wrong, the place was great if we needed some privacy and wanted to stay by the ocean. This was not our case. We wanted a hotel as close as possible to the airport. This was just misleading based on the map location when we booked it

Superceded my expectations

This is a great option for an overnight stay near the airport. It is about 300 steps to the sea, with a relaxing, stunning little hike along the coast from there (maybe a half mile each direction). There are small family beaches all along the trail. Where the street meets the water, there is a tavern overlooking the shore with cheap healthy food, ridiculously large portions. The hotel staff and the taxi drivers they arranged for me were very communicative, kind, and efficient, even at 4:30 am. It's in a neighborhood, so it's not touristy. Very quiet. Has a kitchen fully stocked with plates, utensils, mini-fridge, stove, etc if you want to cook. And they had the most comfortable bed I ever slept in!!! There were a few dead bugs on the floor, but whatever. It was 100 degrees F, and nothing scary like cockroaches. As a runner, I am not sure this would be a good long stay option for my purposes. I would have to do more research on road running in the neighborhood, like are there mean dogs? (Running the ocean trail would only take 5 minutes.) But with a pre-dawn flight, I wasn't going out for a run. You can indeed swim in the sea. Very good choice.

WRONG ADDRESS on Expedia. I was looking for a place to stay near Athens airport and on Expedia it shows 4km away but when given directions to the home, it is actually by the beach and 12km away. I attempted to chat with them about this matter and provided them a screen shot about the discrepancy and they have yet to respond to me. Initially when I first mentioned this issue they told me that they are close to the airport. I am not sure if they understand the location of their hotel is listed differently on Expedia vs what the real address. Also if you try to google the address the location is also different on there. I ended up not staying at all and defaulting on my pay because I ended up going to Athens city centre instead since I wouldn't be close enough to the airport to come back to take the train down (landed 330AM). I cannot comment on the facility itself as I did not stay there, but I am unhappy with the inaccurate information provided on Expedia when I first booked. It also seemed like other people had similar complaints but I don't know if it was ever addressed.
