Esta algo retirado del centro y de todos los servicios las calles no están pavimentadas y falta que le den mantenimiento a la alberca, xq está muy sucia de hojarascas

Lindo lugar en La Veleta

Nuevos apartamentos en La Veleta, hay mucha construcción en la zona, debes ir en auto para poder mobilizarte a restaurantes y puntos turísticos.

The apt looked nice and was in good condition with ac and all normal apt functions. There was however a ton of mosquitoes in side the apt so my whole family got ate up. There isn’t an exhaust in the bathroom but there is a window open for the shower moisture and I’m assuming that’s how they got in there. The road was in the worst condition ever. Not drivable

Quiet and what looks to be fairly new property. Very modern design and spacious area. Fully equipped so we saved money being able to cook. Nice pool area and view from balconies

El acceso a la propiedad no está fácil, calles en mal estado (baches grandes a lo largo del camino). Cuando llegamos no había nadie para recibirnos y no teníamos ni la clave del wifi para poder comunicarnos con la administradora, ni el código del locker para poder acceder a la llave del departamento. Por suerte un vecino quien se había quedado en esta misma unidad antes nos abrió el locker (lo cual demuestra poca seguridad ya que los códigos no habían sido cambiado) y nos compartió la clave del wifi.

Estancia familiar

Las toallas que estaban dentro de las cajoneras en el baño se encontraban limpias, pero al parecer por falta de ventilación comenzaron a juntar olor a humedad. También sería útil que dejaran algún artículo de limpieza (escoba y trapeador) para poder entregar más limpio el hotel. Sin embargo respecto a todo lo demás fue una estancia realmente encantadora.

El lugar está limpio, amplio y muy cómodo, pero es importante mencionar que está aislado, las calles de toda la zona son de terracería, la playa queda lejos... Tienes que llegar en coche y tenerlo para moverte... De preferencia llevar tu comida, bebida y demás... Hay una tiendita caminando a 2 cuadras que cierra a las 10pm y está muy bien surtida (hielo, cerveza, botana, agua...) Pero no hay mucho más... Rappi si llega y hay varios restaurantes de la zona que también te mandan comida... Es más para armar ahí la fiesta que para contemplarlo para estar saliendo... Tiene un roof garden muy padre con jacuzzi y el área común de la piscina igual muy bien equipado...

Estuvo muy agusto nuestra estancia. La comunicación muy amable y disponibles si algo se nos ofrecía. Sólo consideren que los accesos en esa zona de Tulum son por pura terracería, pero eso es algo general no de la propiedad.

Para empezar ni siquiera esta terminado el condominio, siguen haciendo construcciones por lo que no puedes dormir por todo el ruido que hacen los de la obra; la alberca estaba super sucia no había nadie que le diera mantenimiento o mínimo la limpiara de todas las hojas que caían durante la noche al menos por presentación. Los contactos para conectar cualquier aparato no son fácil de usar tienes que estar batallando y ejercer mucha fuerza para que entre la clavija, te dicen que tienes tv con canales locales y no es cierto si quieres ver la tele tienes que meter alguna cuenta propia de streming, no hay nadie pendiente de tus necesidades al menos en el condominio, no hay nada cerca, las calles no tienen nada de iluminación en la noche y para llegar el camino esta horrible hay taxis que incluso te dicen que ellos no entran ahí. La verdad es que no es nada respecto a lo que anuncian, lo unico rescatable es que la chica que te da seguimiento via whats si te contesta cuando la buscas pero no esta en el condominio. DESEPCIONANTE

Not a great location in Tulum with a lot of construction around and the roads are in terrible condition with a lot of potholes so hard to get around this area. It’s also quite far from restaurants and the spa/pool on the rooftop wasn’t working which we didn’t know about.
