Nice little Singer Island Inn

Comfortable little apartment for a beach trip where you don’t expect to spend much time inside. Perfect location for walking to all the restaurants and the beach. Apartment was clean and well kept.

Great location but with some issues

Had the Efficiency. Property was clean and location was excellent. Bed was not the best as was very saggy and soft. Although we had the efficiency, there was no chair to sit in. No stove - only hot plate and toaster oven which was no problem for us. It is my understanding the other units do have a stove. Very quiet with a common area outside that had a table and chairs.

The location is great, the king size bed is 2 twins put together and have big gap, if you are a couple you woukd not like the bed. Never got the Roku to work, and I did not think i had hot water, they had to come show me it was on the colder side.

Omg horrible. We had for 4 nights, stayed for one. Dirty, horrible people in and out. Onr towel, laundry outside, dirty people using as chairs. DONT GO THERE

A little disappointed

We spent two nights, the place is a little run down, many things inoperable, bathroom fan, chips in floor tiles, front door coming off hinges, couch broken, and most important to us no wine opener. The hidden $100 cleaning fee sucked. Overall, not a $200 a night unit, closer to $65.

The place did not look like the pictures. The floors didn’t look like there were mopped, my daughter’s feet were black if I allowed her to b on the floor. The futon in the living room was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, and had coffee maker with coffee and no filters to make coffee. Overall it was an alright stay, not the best.
