They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay.

This is best hotel in Dilijan area. It is new resort with spa. The one negative is location, with little area to walk or explore. Especially enjoyed the dining.......chef is excellent. Staff are helpful and kind. I would recommend this property in Dilijan.

Was no outdoor space for kids (only indoor), construction around the property. The pillows was the worst ever. Couldnt sleep all night The breakfast was poor, not so good and healthy. The best was stuff, very kind and helpful
