Great little weekend vacation spot

We had a great stay. The room was nice and clean and fit our family of four well. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Also, we appreciate how parking was available and how organized the staff was when it came to parking on site. Great location and easy to navigate. Looking forward to staying again!

Place was extremely small. There is no free parking. Very tight parking lot. $20 per day.

Nicely equipped....perhaps a little complicated with electric blinds and a confusing shower faucet, but quiet, comfortable, friendly and a block from the beach and all that it offers, and a quick drive to to freeway to Miami or FLL. Parking is a challenge, and extra cost, but pay attention and you'll be fine.

The closet space. Lots of it. Very nice room, lots of room. The jacuzzi was hard for my wife and I to use. We were afraid we would slip and fall getting in and out.Couldn't figure out to use the jacuzzi. Shower very small. I should have requested a room with a shower. We loved everything else about the room.

we booked a two night stay to escape the hurricane that was occurring in Florida. After we arrived, I went to the manager and asked to extend by one day since we had no power at our home on the West Coast. He happily took my card and gave me an extra night. The next morning, the cleaning people were at the door to tell me it was time to check out. They put me on the phone with the manager, who told me I did not extend my stay. Apparently he had mixed me up with somebody else in another room and my room had been rented. this gave me a cause for pause at that point, but since we did like the property, I went to the office to make a reservation for two rooms for a stay in the end of December. Instead of giving me back a credit for the night, he charged me for, but weren’t staying for)He applied it toward that deposit. when I got emails after I got home, the reservations were incorrect. I attempted to use the supplied phone number and the supplied email and after multiple voicemail messages were left and multiple emails. I have not had any contact back in one week from anyone. I have now done a chargeback on my credit cardand have sent another email to cancel the reservations since they are incorrect. My advice is don’t book here because if you have any issues, it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone or to respond to an email. It’s a shame because we did like the property and we like the location but it is virtually impossible to contact ANYONE

The property and room was very clean and well kept. The personnel is very polite and helpful. The only thing I would've changed was having the towels changed on a daily basis. Other than that, everything was spectacular ! I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Will was such a sweet man! He was so welcoming. The apartment was beautiful! Super clean, and the tub even had LED lights. The bed is hard so I slept in the sofa but I didn't mind since I traveled alone. I would definitely stay here again

Place has gone downhill

Such a shame about this property. I used to come stay here yearly when it was owned by the former family. It was always clean and the service was great. They sold and the new owners are certainly not making the place better. Some of it was little things, no extra toilet paper or trash bags and if you need anything they want you to walk down the street to the other property where their office is. There is a phone number you can call but no one ever answered. One day I asked for more towels and a broom, things you could previously grab from the service room, where you could also use the washer and dryer. Instead I was yelled at by one the maids and told they only clean the rooms if your there 3 days. I don’t even want it cleaned just a broom to sweep up sand. So rude

Nice room, bedding is comfortable. Cable TV. Shower only had a tub that’s 4 feet deep, definitely challenging getting in and out. If not athletic enough stay away from room 1. Parking is 20.00 per night, and you need to get lucky to get a parking spot each day and night.

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect get away. I was greeted by Willie who is a very nice host. He was super accommodating. The Beach is a rocks throw away and everything around it was very convenient. I will definitely stay at the Tropic Isle again. I would only ask that they allow dogs under 15 pounds. I loved it there. Room #3 is gorgeous, clean, safe and was a great room. I highly recommend you give it a try, The pricing was reasonable. Tina G.

This property was great. 2 minute walk from the beach. The room was clean and the AC was cold. There was hot water available and even beach towels. It was very convenient!!

My only, but strong complaint was the shower. It’s a very high jacuzzi so is unacceptable for elderly and disabled. I should mention that was traveling with both elderly and disabled.
