Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 4 notti . La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata immediata e chiara per l’accesso alla stanza . Il palazzo e storico ma rinnovato . La camera dal design molto gradevole e con ogni comfort ! La comodità della posizione, si trova infatti a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e 5 minuti dal quartiere ebraico , dove abbiamo trovato benissimo per la cucina locale con vari locali e ristoranti . La comodità di un market a 50 metri !

This apartment was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We stayed here for 4 nights and we have 0 complaints. The check in was easy and quick. The whole place was spotless and really cosy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is planning on staying in Krakow 💖

Comfortable well located apartment

The studio apartment located on the top floor (a few set of stairs to go up, not suitable for people with mobility issues) was comfortable with a little kitchnette with enough crockery if you wanted to cook a meal (we didn't use it), a table anf a spacious bathroom. Nice Ritual toiletries were provided. The apartment was well located near the old town in the Kasimierz district with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It was very quiet and we had a pleasant stay. If anything can be improved would be to put a blind on the skylight window as a lot of light came in. Bring a blindfold just in case 🙂

Lovely apartment but communication lacking.

The apartment we staying in was lovely , comfortable, warm , clean. There was damage to the floor outside of the bathroom so the bathroom door could not close. This was conveyed to us on the day of checkin and we were offered an alternative apartment where the dates didn’t quite match up or 10% discount. Which was fair enough. I emailed back and received a reply the next day. In my opinion this was not soon enough. If I had asked for a different apartment I would have been stuck as we arrived very late at night. Also we messaged back after booking that we would be interested in some trips but we got no reply at all. I contacted hotels.com who contacted apartments on our behalf and was told they would speak to us about the trips on arrival. We heard nothing at all. Luckily we had gone ahead and booked trips ourselves. So communication could be much better.

Lovely apartment with great facilities! Hard to get cases up without a lift etc. also no luggage storage so we had to pay for a local one but it wasn't too expensive! Only negatives noisy from people walking at time and no light on the first floor so when coming home late at night was quite dangerous! Very central location and they messaged when it's all ready with your code!
