Check in and out process with the team was smooth and they had great communication. The apartment was great, the side we stayed on was quiet with not much noise. Its does need a little (TLC) on a few things that i noticed.(carpets and stovetop to be given a better clean) Although in saying so they are minor things and if i had to come back to melb in future i would not mind returning here.

Close to the city centre but not too close. Local amenities for shopping, eating & night life. Key is stored in local convenience shop. Had to ask staff where it was located. No information in property for guests. Though some was provided with check in info - pool, gym. As it was during the winter, extra bedding would have been nice.

We had a great time in Melbourne. The place is very cute and right next to the Queen Victoria Market. Please be sure to ask about parking as you can request it to be added to your stay. This was a lot cheaper than other options. Very nice pool and great location. Having laundry was also a bonus. Highly recommend.

The apartment was in a high rise building with a concierge on duty all day. We felt very secure walking around at night to and from a show and a football game; and the concierge was very helpful as far as hiw to catch trams/buses, etc. Very central to lots of lovely restaurants, markets and speciality shops. Definitely worth booking parking when making a reservation.

The apartment is perfect from inside and has everything you will need for a good stay. Do not let the dirty corridor leading up to the apartment fool you. There is a super market right below and also east coast car rental which was super convenient for me. The beds specially are extremely comfortable for a wonderful nights sleep. Perfect apartment to see Melbourne.

The transportation is convenient and easily accessible. The amenities, including the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and gym, were quite good. Except for the slightly dirty hallway in the apartment, everything was generally clean.

For the price, this apartment is fantastic. The location is great and easy walk to city center & Queen Victoria Market. Very minimalist, but had everything we needed for a 5 day stay, including a HUGE TV. The apartment is in a private residential building and although the building could do with some new carpet, the pool, spa & sauna are great. Access to the building is secure and safe. We enjoyed our stay!!

Not sure if it was an oversight but there was no face washers or hand towels provided. There was also no salt and pepper nor tea bags or coffee which has been the normal in other holiday rental we have stayed at.

Well presented apartment, location was very convenient to walk to the Queen Victoria Markets and plenty of public transport options. The building foyer and lifts were good but the hallway to the apartment had a funky smell and the carpets were super stained. Suggest including things like a dish cloth for washing dishes and tissues for guest convenience. Otherwise, we had everything we needed.
