It was a comfortable, clean and relaxing place to stay for our family if five. The kitchen was well equipped. The two bathrooms were a luxury too. It was a quiet part of town and felt very safe. The supermarkets were friendly and had everything we needed. The Metro was just across from us and enabled us to easily explore this wonderful city for the first time.

great aptmt. well equipped and ideally located. online checkin was a hussle as I had to do it 5 times in 3 different devices before it went thru (an annoiance when you are on the road and have to deal with it). Neighbour decided to throw a party a Wed night until early am but have to take it as bad luck (and the lack of a front desk to help deal with it)

Nice apartment in nice neighborhood

This was a very nice apartment in a very nice neighborhood! The apartment was clean and had a nice amount of space, so we could spread out as a family with children. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was a luxury! The only thing I didn't like is how the outside entryway was so dark. It would be much nicer if it were better lit. Still, it is a nice place in good condition and conveniently located.

Great and clean apartment. Really comfortable, close to dinning, drinking, metro and drinking places. It was also super quiet and safe. Communication was little different to everywhere else, there is no one to speak to, it is only via email

El departamento estaba sucio. Regaderas con pelo y hongos, el sink de la cocina con hongos. No había escoba ni trapeador para poder hacer la limpieza nosotros mismos. En 10 días solamente van 1 vez, pero no hay aditamentos necesarios para la limpieza. El sofacama terrible, incluso para mis hijos pequeños, acabamos durmiendo 4 personas en dos camas individuales. Además que debajo del protector del sofá capa pelos y basura en exageración.
